Our carpets were horrible in our basement. Thanks to a puppy who refused to potty train. Thankful Brandon did an amazing job with getting the stains out and the price was amazing! I highly recommend this company.

Branden did the best job we’ve had our carpet clean tons of times and the pet smell is 100% gone, never had that happen. Amazing and Brandon is a great dude. Wouldn’t have anyone else ever do it again.

Had an appointment for between 11 & 12. At 12:00 I called asking about arrival time but had to leave a message. He called and said his truck was having problems. Evidently his phone was having problems also with no call to inform about late arrival. Finally called back about 12:30, but I had informed him earlier I had an appointment at 1:00. He said to text him when I got back home, which I did. With no reply, I called 2 more times, left messages and texted twice. No reply. Don't know how you get 300 positive reviews with that type of customer service. Go elsewhere for your carpet cleaning.

Brandon called ahead 1 hour before our appointment to confirm the time frame which I loved. He arrived during the time and quickly started working. It took roughly 1.5 hours and he did 2 sets of long stairs, a basement, bedroom, upstairs large bedroom, and laundry room. He was very professional and personable! The carpet looks and smells great!

Brandon saved me when I spilled paint on the carpet as I was getting the house ready for a showing. He instructed me how to save the carpet until he arrived. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He saved the carpet so I didn't have to replace it! Great job! Thank you, Brandon.

The company is great in my book promises made promises kept. Great job on carpets and sectional. Very polite, courteous.

Neil is dedicated to tackling any job as though he’s working on his own home—he really cares about the outcome of what he does. He is the most thorough cleaner, and will take on absolutely anything! I will add that he is very efficient, wasting no time on any cleaning job, whether it be maintenance, or from a special project. Our family cannot recommend him enough!

My place was in really bad shape but Neil made it look as if I just moved in. I plan to have him come regularly now, as I know him to be reliable and trustworthy. If you need a cleaning service, Neil is a no brainer, especially if are one who worries about who you're letting in your home. The guy is the salt of the earth and pricing is reasonable.
