Brandon was awesome! I called for an appt and he came out the next day. We had a ton of stains on our carpet from our pets & kids and he got them all out, and our house smells fabulous. Very happy customer :)

Brandon did a great job. We had to reschedule due to his equipment breaking down, but was able to get it done the next day. He came all the way out to Wahoo and didn’t charge extra. Had several areas that smelled of cat urine, which he was able to get rid of the smell. Thanks!

Wow! Talk about service! I called Done Right Carpet Cleaning on a Saturday morning and 1) they answered 2) offered to come over 3) arrived on time and 4) completed our project well. I will definitely use them again!

Brandon at done right carpet cleaning did a great job! He had great communication and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He even got me in before Thanksgiving since I was having company. He got all of the pet stains out of my carpet too!

Brandon was very professional and just a super nice guy. We called to get the carpets cleaned in our living room and stairs while we were waiting for our new couch to be delivered. He squeezed us in on the same day within 2 hours of our first conversation. He was in and out in less than an hour and the house smells fantastic! I would definitely recommend and will use him the next time I need cleaning.

I called as I had a scheduled time set up and he had a later time than I did. He rearranged and was at my house in 15 minutes.

My carpets were not cleaned to my expectations. Brandon was very friendly, which is why I didn't give one star. However, he did not explain what I was paying for. I was quoted a price over the phone. I assumed (my mistake) that carpet shampoo and cleaning meant that the carpets would be shampooed and the dirt sucked. He only used a rotary tool to agitate the carpet fibers and sprayed a carpet cleaner.

He asked if I wanted a pet treatment, but did not explain what that was. I told him no. I don't have any pets.

I decided to rent a rug doctor and clean it myself afterwards. You can see in the picture what I got up from two small rooms.

In my opinion just scrubbing the carpet and not removing any dirt is not carpet cleaning "done right."

What an amazing job Brandon did! He was thorough, had excellent customer service, got out stubborn stains that I did not think would come out, and did enough extraction that my carpets were dry in 8 hours. I took before and after pics. Awesome!

Brandon was awesome. He got here early and was ready to go. Easy to talk to and a true professional carpet cleaner. Tried to schedule with other carpet cleaners in Omaha and they were at least 2 weeks out. Brandon was here and done within 24 hours of our initial call. Highly recommend.
