Came on time, Guys very nice , professional, very careful and worked very efficiently. They took their time and it shows. Carpeting was clean and looked as good when it was installed years ago. There was hardly any smell and carpeting wasn’t soaking wet when they were done. This is the best carpet cleaning we ever had. These guys know what they are doing. I had my furnace, air ducts and dryer vent cleaned and the experience was great from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. They were thorough, respectful of my home, and left everything clean afterward. I already notice better airflow and quieter operation. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with how nice and clean these carpets turned out. This house we are renting and the previous tenants had 5 dogs. It would have been nice to have the management company take care of this but all and all we had a very nice experience!

Joel the owner was great, he showed up same day I called him. He quickly provided an estimate and we scheduled the cleaning for my air ducts and dryer vent. The two technicians were quick and efficient and professionally and did a great job! I would hire them again.

We had the unthinkable happen. Our new robot vacuum drug pet feces all over a bedroom. I called Joel at 7:50 AM and he answered! Happy to help! The crew was there by 1 PM, did a fantastic job and very fair price! I keep Joel on speed dial for all of our carpet cleaning needs!

Between dogs..and kids our carpets needed a cleaning and we reached out to Sharp Carpet cleaning to get them done. They came out quick and showed up when they said they would be there (even got there early). The guys deep cleaned and applied pet protection to our carpet and it turned out GREAT, they also let me know which products I've used in the past NOT to use on my carpet. House smells amazing, we will definitely use these guys again!

I had requested they be finished by a certain time. I was home the whole time they were here, but upstairs. When I came down, ready to depart myself, they'd already left! In future similar situations, the homeowner (like me) would appreciate a goodbye from them beforehand, so questions/comments could be shared and homeowner would know when they left 😊

I am a new client for the Maids after a long term relationship with others so obviously nervous to have new people in my home. With the first visit the supervisor arrived with the team to review do’s and don’t (for both parties) to ensure we were on the same page. I very much appreciated that attention as far more problems result from miscommunication than ill intent. They did a good job , cleaning areas I had not anticipated them doing. On their second visit (bi-weekly) they came in and went straight to work. I had discussed my schedule with them and they were respectful of me being able to meet my personal obligations. What I particularly appreciated was the very few times when they interrupted me (apologetically) to ask a preference or clarify a situation. This is a new house to them and I very much appreciated the effort to get it right rather than assuming. Amber and her team were friendly, respectful, and very much aware of the importance of doing the job right. I am very pleased with their performance.
