I had Annette and her team come help with a deep clean project on my grandmother's house yesterday. They got straight to work upon arrival and didn't stop until they were done even knowing it would be longer than the estimated time. Since it wasn't a normal housecleaning, they weren't bothered by the massive amounts of cobwebs and old grease in the kitchen. The kitchen floor looked amazing and, even though there is still major work to be done overall on the house, a weight was lifted off my shoulders having them there to help. A wonderful experience with a very professional staff! I will use them again!

I have no basis as far as their cleaning, but based off their driving no way would I let them in my home. The driving was erratic and careless. This was the crew driving to Deer Creek on Monday January 6th around 12:45.

Team Ana does such a fantastic job. They are here when they say they will be, there’s never been a time they weren’t able to compete the job. Even snow days didn’t slow this crew! This business and their crews are worth every penny.

I am or I guess at this point I was a long term 14 year customer of the Maids. When I first became a customer, the original owner and staff were great to deal with and did a very nice and thorough job. The original owner passed on the business to his family and things have sadly not stayed the same. Very recently, the current owner left a message on my home voicemail stating that he hadn’t raised my rates in a long time and because of this he needed to speak to me about it. I was more than willing to discuss this with him when I got his voice mail a couple of days later when I returned from a job. I travel for my work and they should have my cell phone number, which they never called. His message was just 2 days prior to my next scheduled cleaning. They came every 3 weeks. As soon as I got back into town I tried repeatedly on the day of my scheduled cleaning to reach the owner, who wouldn’t return my calls. I then learned from his office manager he had removed me from the cleaning schedule until he had a chance to speak to me, which he never indicated he was going to do. I feel this is an unprofessional and reprehensible way to treat a long time loyal customer. Sadly, I feel now I have been given no choice but to find another house cleaning service since the owner of the Maids no longer wants or values my loyalty nor my business. The three stars indicate that overall I was happy with the cleaning service, but very unhappy with the way I was dealt with by the owner.

I love the team that comes to my house! They do a great job and are so kind. Everyone at the office is great, too. If i have a schedule change, they easily accommodate!

The Maids office in Omaha always goes above and beyond. I rely on them not just for cleaning, but they also care about the family member they clean for and keep me updated on things that are important to me. The cleaning team always does a fantastic job for my family member. The office staff are very professional and friendly! They do a great job communicating with me on upcoming cleanings etc.

The Maids do an incredible job on routine cleaning of our home. We used the service in our previous home and have elected to have them clean our new smaller home. The attention to detail, thoroughness and response to requests is outstanding. I look forward to the Amber T-2 team coming every month!

The cleaning team is always very kind and thoughtful, and does a superb job of getting the house really clean (even after company has come!!). They are attentive to detail and really hard workers. I'm very grateful to have been a customer for many years and will certainly continue!

Rosy’s team did an excellent job on our home. We have been keeping my daughter’s dogs for awhile, so the house was very furry. When we came home, everything was shiny and clean. The wood floors and carpets all looked great. It is always lovely to walk into a house that smells and looks terrific. Thanks.

Ryan and Torrey from the Maids were wonderful to work with. I hired the Maids for a new home cleaning to arrive the day we closed on our home. I wanted the house to be ready to move in and not worry about the random stuff like wiping out the drawers, cleaning the blinds, scrubbing the bathrooms. I wanted to walk in to fresh clean “new home” and the Maids delivered! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They were punctual and got in and out in 2.5 hours time (super quick), made the house feel like it was brand new, thank you so much for giving us a fresh clean home from day 1. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again.

Brandon came to clean our carpet last min when I needed him, he did an amazing job getting the stains from our little ones out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is very nice, friendly and professional!

I had a little mishap on the 3rd of July with a party planned for the next day. I was thrilled to find someone to come over on such short notice right before the holiday. Brandon got to the house on time and got right to work. He did a really good job and didn't charge me a fortune.
