I'm giving such a low rating because of the lack of response I had received I'm getting the job done. It took them nearly a month and a half to schedule and reschedule and reschedule me. I understand that storms happen and what not but being promised it was going to happen and not happen over and over again was just a little bit too much. Once they got there they were did a great job cleaning up and a great job on the lower part of the tree. I had one of the crewmen tell me we couldn't get any higher. When the bid was for a complete tree trim only half of the tree was done. I then called my salesperson the next day and asked him about it his response was I'll come out and take a look at it I then waited over a month all I received was the bill. I did not feel that I needed to continue to call them and remind them. It's interesting because I was referred to them by 2 people a neighbor and a co-worker who both had good success with them. So I guess it's just hit or miss on whether or not you have good service with them or not.

Tree removal team were quick professionals who took an 60 to 80 ft maple down without incident and did a major clean up. The only way to know a tree was there was by the remaining stump. Highly recommend

I have watched other tree service companies in my neighborhood at work. The Omaha Tree service crew worked well together, were efficient and took less time than other companies to do the job. The crew is skilled and experienced with their work.

We are a Landscape business. We have used Omaha Tree for 7 years for their Mulch services. Their product and service is excellent. They appear to be very organized and the staff is very professional. We appreciate all they do for us and our team.

Overall good experience. Had a couple issues and they were resolved to my satisfaction. Tree companies in Omaha were working overtime due to storms. Quick service was not expected. When they were available they got the job done fairly quickly and relatively speaking, for a reasonable cost. Tree removal isn't cheap so take your heart meds ahead of time.

Omaha Tree Service is the BEST!!! Such a professional outfit. They show up for appointments when they say they will, have very reasonable estimates (they were actually the lowest of the ones we got), and then do great work. They were extra-careful with taking down a tree right next to our house and did great cleanup -- I really appreciated that. And then, on top of that, they followed up on something I asked them about months later, even though they had already been paid. I've already recommended them to one friend for tree removal, and I know I'll recommend Omaha Tree to others!

Jeff was awesome to work with. He came out, gave a quote for the tree take down and removal. His quote was the best, and the quickest to be out. The team on-site was professional and did an awesome job cleaning up. The stump removal was the same. No mess to deal with.

Great price, & even better value. The team showed up on time, they worked quickly and carefully and did a great job completing a very big assignment. The team was respectful & courteous the entire time. Highly recommend Omaha Tree for any service they offer.

I'm hoping they take care of the job they were paid to do but have not finished. Ripped off of $500 and no contact from owner for a credit or someone else to come and finish job properly. Felt they were a good choice but apparently not.

Unprofessional and Rude Staff

I recently visited Omaha Tree Service to inquire about removing a large area of trees from a newly purchased plot of land. As a heavy equipment consultant, I also wanted to see if they had any needs my company could assist with—basically trying to kill two birds with one stone.

I entered the office area first, followed by another customer who appeared to be paying for a service. Since my queries would likely take longer, I let him go first. He insisted I go before him. When I explained to the customer paying that I was a consultant with some questions for Onaha Tree service, the receptionist at her desk rudely mentioned something about the door, implying I was soliciting.

A shorter man in a black tree service shirt emerged from an office. I tried to introduce myself and shake his hand, but he just looked at my hand and put both his hands in his pockets wow. When I asked him who I could speak to about their services, he responded with a scowl, saying he knew nothing about it. I then inquired if there was anyone else available, to which he replied, "I know nothing about nothing," and walked away.

The lady at the desk turned her back and ignored me as I stood there in disbelief.

As a minority I left feeling that Omaha Tree Service had no interest in doing business with me or my company. If this is how they treat customers, I suggest avoiding them at all costs. Give your hard earned money to a business that shows respect to all customers. Omaha Tree Service, your staff needs to do better.

We contacted Omaha Tree about a mulch donation to Peony Park Community Garden. They were quick with a response we needed and they delivered the mulch to the exact location we requested. The mulch was great, no twigs or other items which made spreading it so much easier! We have had many compliments from other gardeners, the neighbors and people just out for a walk going by the garden. They were so easy to work with. I strongly recommend them.

I had a monster tree that needed to be taken down in a terrible spot. I had several companies come out and bid ridiculous prices telling me it was the worst tree they had ever seen.

I called Omaha Tree Service and they came out immediately to look at it, gave me a price that was 1/10th the price of my other bids without a single complaint or negative comment, scheduled it, completed the job and invoiced me with no other complaints.

In the world of tree service companies, these guys are a unicorn.

I called Omaha Tree hoping for a donation of mulch for our community garden at Florence Elementary. I was able to leave a message for the owner, as it was the end of the day, and first thing the next morning he had called me back, walked me through how much mulch I would need and scheduled it to be delivered the very next morning! They delivered top quality hard wood bulk mulch right to where I requested, making it quick and easy to lay. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Jovani and his team did an amazing job removing trees and grinding the stumps down. We had 8 trees removed. They were fast and efficient, and left the backyard looking very cleaned up. Thank you for your hard work!!

Called to get a quote and set an appointment to meet with them at 11am over my lunch. I waited 20 min and gave them a call. The person on the other line said they would check into it and give me a call right back. I never heard from them after that.
I try not to be a difficult person and understand if a previous appointment last longer than expected. But the lack of communication was very frustrating.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. They came out on a day to remove a tree, and I asked them not to come out. I looked at one of the workers and told them not to cut the tree down because I was still deciding. I had to go to work and I left in about 20 minutes later my son sends me a video of them cutting down the tree. So basically they were trespassing. On top of it they did not cut the step down or grind it down. Had to call and have them come back to do that which they were very hesitant and did not come back out in a timely manner. Then when they did come back to grind it down, they did not grind it and still left a bunch of the branches underneath. Spent almost a month trying to reach out to him again to have that cut down. They did not reach out to say they were coming, but when I got home one day, they had been there and had done it. Once again trespassing on my property because they did not communicate that they would be there. And then that third time they did not take the mulcher away. So it is so frustrating of their communication that I would never recommend using their tree service unless you want just utter frustration from a company.

Just had Marv's Tree Service out. Family run business. Free estimates. Reasonable pricing. Today they went over the job order before they started. Had me check when then we're done. Very efficient. Cleaned up after they were done. l was very pleased with their work. Would recommend to friends & family. Thanks Trish your crew did a great job!

Marvs was exceptional. Removed a tree and pruned a tree. Then took care of the huge stump. Very respectful of property.

Marv’s Tree Service has been fantastic. I found them while they were doing work in the neighborhood. As soon as I called, Trish was super friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and had someone to the house to provide a quote quickly. When we asked about another issue, Trish went above and beyond to understand the issue and try to find a remedy. The day they came to stump grind and remove the debris, they were quick, polite and cleaned up great. I highly recommend Marv’s Tree Service.
