It’s great once you get in. But once you need reassigned to a new location it’s like pulling teeth to get ahold of someone to help. Go to the location and they tell you they are to busy to help

I had a question regarding my ESOP retirement, and the new COO, TINA, COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION, so I called the financial institution myself to do further investigation. There was NO help from FBG to help find the answer or any follow up on their part especially since ESOP is promoted during each annual ESOP celebration. Pathetic...

The owner of this company Matt is disrespectful to his employees and to his customers while they walk into and work the business. He should be removed. And the business needs an improvement because it’s not him.

This is the second time I have used Nick. Last time he cleaned the carpets in my whole house and they looked great. This time I had water damage that he took care of for me. The damaged happened over the weekend and Nick came out in a timely manner and I received an excellent price. My carpets looked great both times.
