We were moving out of our rental home and needed to get the carpets cleaned. We have two kids and two dogs. The carpets were pretty bad. The carpets looked new after Wes cleaned them. He was readily available, punctual, and professional. I would use them again, and highly recommend Action Carpet Cleaning. Five stars!

They did a fantastic job power stretching our carpet that was rolling/bunching in several different directions. Good as new! Given how much carpet they stretched and removed, they had to do some patch work, particularly around our floor HVAC vents. You can't even notice! Easy to schedule and timely appointments (we had to wait about a week). We highly recommend them.

Wes and his crew were total life savers! They came to do a carpet cleaning for us with a few days’ notice and did a fabulous job! Reliable, affordable, and professional. I highly recommend them!

I have used Action Flooring many times. From referring my clients for carpet install to carpet cleaning. I have also have personally used them at my house to install new carpet and revive some stone that was stained from years of usage. Nothing but the best with respect to response time, quality of work and living the house clean and work complete. I will continue use Wes and his crew for many years to come! A few weeks ago, I called because I had cat urine stains in my carpet that no other carpet cleaner or enzyme product had been able to remove, and this was my final attempt to get rid of the odor before removing the carpet all together.

I'm SO glad I did! They were very friendly, upfront about the cost, and came when they were scheduled to. Best of all they actually got the smell out!!! If you've ever had cat urine problems you KNOW it can be a losing battle to get rid of once it's set in. I am astonished that they were able to do that, and my carpet never looked or smelled better. I never get random drafts of cat urine lingering in my carpet. If I put my face to the carpet... nothing! I'm not sure how they managed to do it, but they did. I would 100% recommend them.

Wes was easy to work with and prompt for his scheduled appointments to give us an estimate and install the carpet. His team is a very thorough job on the removal and installation of the new carpet. At the end they cleaned the floors and did a walk through on the job completed. I would recommend Wes in the future and will probably be using him for cleaning. Easy, low pressure, and reasonable price with high quality.

Action flooring is hands down the best of the best in the Omaha-metro area. It’s a locally owned business that has customer service and satisfaction at the forefront. Wes and Steve arrived promptly, masked and “booted” ready to tackle the job. They assessed the areas, asked a few questions and got right to work. They stretched carpets and cleaned them so well they look new! They were friendly, professional an most excellent! Their services were reasonably priced! Kudos!!

I’ve had them do multiple jobs for friends, co-workers, and myself for years.... in fact, ever since the first job they did for me where they installed carpet in my previous home. Pure professional! Our dog decided to chew on a printer ink cartridge while sitting on the sofa. One quick call to Wes, and he was here within a half hour to get as much ink out of our sofa as he could before it all set in. His customer service skills are second to none, he really cares about putting out his best product for his customers. We have used him in the past for whole-house carpet cleaning, again we were super pleased with the turnout and level of service. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!

This company was amazing! They answered my call straight away, they came out the very next day. They weren't on time, but no biggie, I work from home so for me that doesn't matter much. This type of service, you can never tell exactly how long a job is going to take, and that can affect times the rest of the day. But Steve did an amazing job! The carpet in my apartment looks brand new again, my dog has been very sick recently, and he was able to pull all the smell and stains out leaving the carpet smelling awesome. I 100% recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!!

Woke up to dog poop all over our new carpet. Wes answered his phone Sunday morning before 8am and came within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. Cleaned everything quickly! We will definitely be using him again for all of our carpet and flooring needs!

Had a phenomenal experience with Wes and Steve with Action Flooring. He promptly answered the phone each time I called and it was also great speaking with him directly instead of a receptionist as he clearly was a subject matter expert and fielded all of my flooring questions. Even better yet, he was the one that came out on the service call! (Huge benefit of using a small company like this). He was very professional and provided a quick and reasonably priced service. I absolutely would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

Wes was great to work with as I had to reschedule several times at my Airbnb. The carpeting looks great as well as my dining rooms chairs. Next time I need my carpets cleaned Wes will be getting a call.

I genuinely can not recommend this company enough. Polite, on time, clean up afterwards, very reasonable prices and the carpet looked great! I’ve noticed that smaller companies do better work because they don’t take people trusting them to do their best for granted. Five stars for sure!

I had a carpet patch work done and it was incredible! You cannot tell it was ever damaged. Our pet had chewed a hole all the way to the floor and it was repaired perfectly. Cannot recommend higher for service, professionalism, and quality work done for a great price! If you need a carpet repair, look no further.
