Wes did a fantastic job. Quick, professional and super nice. He was in and out in just over an hour. Cost was as quoted so no surprise fees or drama. Left everything clean, no damage or extra mess. That may seem obvious but I’ve had so many contractors come in with no regard to my property and leave behind trash, debris, break things. I had someone once take a nice towel out of my bathroom to clean up a mess of theirs and I ended up having to throw the towel away. I will definitely be using this company again.

We used this service when we purchased our house in June 2020. The previous owners left the carpet disgusting! We were literally closing on our house and they had left town so our realtor recommended Blue Ribbon. He was able to squeeze us in and work his magic. He got out pet stains and whatever else was left on that carpet for the most part. Some were so deep it was going to take more time to work them out. He told us the best ways to keep working on it. The carpet looks so much better, is super soft, and fluffy. We are very happy with this company.

Blue Ribbon is the best carpet cleaners in Omaha. Steve has cleaned my carpets for 40 years. Once in a while I've succumbed to some cleaner special. It's never been worth it. Thanks for the excellent job!

We had a wonderful experience with Steve at Blue Ribbon Cleaning! He has cleaned for our family many times over the years, and he knocks it out of the park every time. Steve is very communicative about scheduling, the general process, and customer expectations. He was punctual and notified us when he was heading our way. Steve is incredibly personable and one of the kindest people I have met! The work was great and he was communicative of any problem areas or areas that needed extra drying time. He was even very mindful of our pets, taking extra measures to keep them safe throughout the day. Pricing is very fair for the quality of work he provides. 10/10 recommend!

I have used Doug at home and for my business to clean our carpets for at least 20 years. He is reasonable with his pricing and has been great working with our busy schedule.

We've used Doug in the past and have been pleased. We currently have a rental house that needs the carpets cleaned, so I called Doug. He scheduled the cleaning for today and I scheduled my new tenants to move in this Friday. I just got a call from Doug saying that when he got to the house, he could not do the job because the carpets were "too far gone". What?? The carpets are only 3 years old and although it's a rental property, they are NOT in that bad of shape. He was very strange about it and I even asked him if there was something I was missing and he said, "No, I just don't do carpets that are in bad shape." Wow. I've now been left in a huge bind as I have to scramble to find another company who can clean the carpets today or tomorrow at the latest for tenants to move in Friday. Very disappointed to say the least. I have friends and neighbors who have used Doug but I will share with them this experience and encourage them to look elsewhere for their carpet cleaning needs from now on.

Doug always does a great job. He knows alot about carpet care and has always kept our carpet and stairs looking like new. I have recommended Doug dozens of times and will continue to do so.

Wow. So very disappointing. I have used Doug for over 20 years. He has usually done a good job at a fair price. As a realtor, I have referred him many times to clients and friends. Most of them have been satisfied, some commenting on his edgy disposition. After my personal experience today, I am taking him off my “A” list. We are hosting my husband’s staff Christmas party. Doug was scheduled to clean at 9 am. I left a note when I left for work and left my daughter and a friend sleeping on the couch after an early airport run. Apparently, their presence scared Doug. He called me screaming and swearing at me stating that he would never clean my carpets again! I apologized profusely and he hung up on me. When I tried to call him back he would not pick up. Thankfully, Big Red Carpet Care was able to send a crew out an hour later to get the job done. They were very reasonable and kind. I got all three rooms done for $121 and was treated with kindness and respect. I will miss you, Doug, but can’t risk my clients being treated that way.
