Fantastic customer service. The gents working hard going door to door may be an old school sales tactic, but they were straight to the point and we felt compelled to help out this small business. After the last storm, it was timely for them to stop by and they did a great job on all of our windows. To add to their professionalism, they followed up to ensure we were happy with their job. Which was very much appreciated. Give these guys a shot if they knock on your door. Great group of guys trying to get their name out there.

They came to my door about a month ago selling their service. Said they did it all even the screens.

They showed up today, said they would not remove the screens that I have to do it, and I also would reinstall. They also seemed very nervous/hesitant with our second story windows.

I got a bad feeling right from the get go and decided not to have my windows cleaned by them. If I am paying this kind of money, they should remove and reinstall the screens I am paying to have cleaned.

I have had our windows cleaned by other companies and they show up in a company van full of equipment and supplies. This company showed up in a small sedan with what looked like very little supplies/equipment and it just seemed very amateur. Other companies do everything, down to taking off the screens.

I’ve worked with several different window cleaning companies in Omaha and not a single one compares with Hound. They are easy to get ahold of and they genuinely care. And while they are very efficient, Liam and Blaine will stay as long as it takes to guarantee that their work will match the standard that they preach and take pride in. Easy choice.

They cleaned my windows last weekend and did ok. What I didnt like was that I paid my invoice the same day and have the receipt and they email me a week later wanting me to pay my invoice. Don't know what they are up too. I see they have a lot of great reviews just hope this isn't a sign they are trying to scam people of paying the bill twice.

The employees I encountered from Hound Window Cleaning were very professional and very polite. My wife and I hired Hound to wash our exterior windows and they did a very good job. The two techs let me know when they had completed the job and invited me to inspect their work. I found no issues and felt the fee they charged was reasonable. I would heartily recommend Hound Window Cleaning.
