Joel was super responsive when scheduling to have a client’s carpets cleaned. They came out promptly, listened to exactly what we needed, and had a discussion about what made sense to move forward with. They did an amazing job and the carpet looks as good as new again! I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely do not give this company your business. The owner is ridiculous, and there are too many other reputable companies to give your money to. I would give 0 stars if I could.

When they cleaned our carpets in June, there was a simple accident in which they scratched our hardwood floors (badly). Instead of apologizing and trying to make any sort of amends, the owner doubled down and refused to do anything to make it right. It took 4 months for him to file an insurance claim, which conveniently was long enough for his technicians to clean hundreds of homes before being asked to recall specific details about our cleaning. While it was an effective strategy for him, it is dishonest and shady. Honestly, he could have offered a free cleaning or a discount on our service and that would have gone a long way. Instead, he was rude, unresponsive, and insulting.

I will never recommend this business to anyone, and referrals are what initially helped us select this vendor. I hope this review helps several people select a new carpet cleaner. I've heard Top Gun does great work, and the owner would have been more than responsive.

Brian and Tim worked fast and efficiently to clear our dryer vent of accumulated clothing lint. Afterwards, they vacuumed up the lint mess. I have used Sharp in the past and will definitely contact them again for future cleaning needs.

They were very prompt on their start time which was around 8 am. Both men were very nice and personable! They were very thorough and even came back when I realized that they missed a return duct which was more my fault bcz I had something in front of it! I definitely would recommend them! I will be using their services in the next few years!

Today I had Sharp clean my dryer vent. I have used them in the past and they do a good job. The workmen who came today were friendly and professional. They got the cleaning done quickly. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use Sharp again in the future.

We recently had Sharp clean our air ducts and carpets. They did a great job- we’re impressed! We have dogs and excess dust, so their pet cleaning product on the carpet and refreshing our ducts has made our carpets look new and our tables much less dusty and easier to keep clean. We highly recommend their services.

Jake and Brian were awesome! Polite, punctual and great attitudes. They worked well and efficiently despite the sweltering heat. We had our ducts cleaned and sanitized and dryer vent cleaned. Would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. Scheduling our appointment was easy and they texted to remind us and called when they were en route.

I was so impressed and pleased with my experience with Sharp.

I requested a quote and Joel reached out to me within hours. He noticed my house was a split level and set up a home walkthrough, which revealed that getting our ducts cleaned would be more complicated than I originally thought. The other company I contacted didn't even mention that. Didn't offer a walkthrough. And they wouldnt have been able to access half our ducts. It would have just been a surprise.

We decided to just get the dryer vent and the carpets cleaned for now. The guys who came to do the work were very friendly with me, my kids, and even my dog. I felt comfortable with them right away. They did a great job, in a timely manner, and I'm very happy with the service. It is now the next day and my carpets are soft and clean with no residue or stiffness or anything.

I was also very happy with the price for the work!
