Liam and his team were very professional and knowledgeable about the services they provided. They were on time and completed their work promptly, our windows are finally clean and free from all the Texas dirt in our rain this last year so thank you Liam! Also, he took the time to stop back out to our house and personally thank us for our business and actually brought out a handwritten thank you note (practically unheard of today), clearly he cares about his customers and their satisfaction!

Hound Window Cleaning cleaned our exterior windows and we were very satisfied. Our windows were very dirty since we live near a lot of current construction, and they came out sparkly clean. The two young men were very polite, courteous, and professional. Would recommend!

Highly recommend. 1st time using their services & they did a fantastic job on our exterior windows. Bonus- the solution they use will keep rain from water spotting in the future as well. They also followed up after to make sure we were satisfied.

Professional, prompt, communicative and affordable! No complaints all around. They had some issues with filters the first time around but as soon as we informed them the windows dried with streaks they promptly scheduled a time to come back and fix it leaving us wonderfully satisfied with their window cleaning services. Excellent customer service. Signed up with Hound Window Cleaning from a doorknocking experience. They clean my windows once had a bad storm and came and retreated it for free as part of my plan. Great follow up. Great customer service would recommend 10 out of 10.

They were super polite and professional, we had some issues with a few windows, but they came in a timely manner to re-do. Very happy with their service and their team. They also made paying for the services very simple with an online invoice.

Highly recommend Hound window cleaning! The cleaners were personable and professional. They were efficient yet did a thorough job and I didn't even realize how badly our windows needed cleaning. I should have taken before and afters!

Beware of Hound. They are unresponsive and ghost you if you have a legitimate concern, even if they put in writing they will resolve an issue. Unfortunately one of their technicians used a blunt metal scraper that wasn’t designed for a window and scratched up the panes in a bay window of our home. They initially took accountability and said they’d make it right, they they said they didn’t do it, then they said they’d repair or replace the window and months later they still won’t follow through with solving the scratches. Numerous emails and messages ignored and owners voicemail isn’t set up on his cell phone.

12/31 update: even though Hound has my voice messages, email address, and phone number they continue to ghost me even after the “owner” replied to my review and asked me to reach out. I’ve tried calling multiple times and either their phones are disconnected or I get a voicemail box not setup error. They could reach out to me to resolve this like they said they would but instead they ghost me and make the review response look like they are trying to do something.

Again highly recommend choosing another company as there are many more reputable ones out there. I’d give 0 stars if Google allowed.

Great job! Attention detail! Awesome customer service and checked back to ensure we were happy. We really appreciated their time and energy brightening our house for spring! They even reached the hard to reach windows with ease!

Edited to add Resolution: Hound called me back to let me know they would be sending someone out to redo the windows that were still dirty. I was asked to remove the screens this time to ensure the windows are clean.

Some came later in the day to redo the job. They did great work the second time around. The windows look great and he even cleaned my screens.

* One important takeaway:
Remove your screens before having Hound come out. As they don’t remove these for you.

Initial pending review: Final and fair review pending resolution. Waiting for reply from my voicemail and message to their personal FB page.

I was told when the men left that the wet spots would dry clear. I also asked about the screened areas and was told that they can clean over the screens and when it was dry it would show clean.
Upon closer inspection after they left and the windows were completely dry, they are still very dirty.

First time using this company. We have a brand new house and the windows were filled with dirt and debris. These guys were done in no time at all and the windows looks fabulous! Very affordable for the service received. We are signed up for semi-annual cleanings. Highly recommend this growing company. 😊 I am putting 4 stars this time only because they missed one window but they called right back and scheduled a touch up for Saturday. Next time I’m sure they will be 5 stars for sure!
