We moved into a new home in the Blair area and inherited a geothermal system, which we love. We have had a couple of instances where we need assistance and each time we have called Anderson( their sticker was on the furnave), and they have responded in a very timely manner and saved us.
I recommend their service

We’ve used Anderson Comfort the past 3 years for the geothermal system that we have in our house. They have always been responsive when we’ve called them and they’ve been very timely in coming out when we need them. We use them for a maintenance agreement and they’ve done a great job of troubleshooting our system when we’ve had issues. Joel and Schuyler have been great and always been very responsive to our needs. We’d highly recommend them to anyone and they give great support like most small businesses do.

My AC went out on the hottest day of the summer. I called Anderson Comfort, they added me to their list and said it would be another day before they could get out. Then I received a call from Tara early in the afternoon saying they could come sooner, and they came right over. The owner himself showed up, remembered my system from the previous homeowner, had the needed part on hand, and within 30 minutes my system was fixed, cleaned and cooling my home again! Excellent service, customer service, and at a reasonable price!

We have used Anderson Comfort for our heating and air conditioning needs and checks in our home and rentals for many years and have always been happy. Schuyler keeps our systems up and running smoothly! They are honest and reliable. Highly recommend!

We’ve been with Anderson Comfort for over 20 years. They are fantastic. Very reliable and honest. They don’t do the up sell routine like so many others do. They provide and explain options. We had our heater go out around 2:00 AM on January 1. Temps were below zero. Schuyler was here within an hour of calling the after hours number. He had the heater up and running by 5:30AM. The price was very fair for a night call on a holiday. Joel and Schuyler have always treated us very well.

Skyler was terrific! He arrived on time, was professional, solved our heating problem, and then gave me tips and information about the system that will help me down the road. It was great service at a fair price. If we have issues down the road we will hire this company again.

Excellent service! They are always on time and very respectful of your home. We have used Anderson Comfort for regular maintenance but have also had a need to call upon them in an emergency situation. They installed our geo thermal when the house was built and have consistently given the best service to fit our needs.

Anderson Comfort is a business you can trust. Joel always take excellent care of us when we need it the most. We recently had our heat go out with the last cold spell. He came over in record speed and got it going again. He is a good friendly guy who really cares, and does not charge excessively. Solved my furnace issue. Could have been without heat but was able to fit me in quick. Came and fixed the issue quickly and is now running great for a fair price. I have used Anderson a few times and every time is top notch. Highly recommend.

I went with Anderson Comfort thanks to a friend recommending them. I made the appointment and was given a 30 minute window for when they would be here. They arrived on time as promised. The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. He did the work without any issues and left no mess behind. The price for 2 lbs of R410A and 2 capacitors was an excellent price. This is my A/C company for life. Thank you for a great job!

When I heard a screeching sound coming from the furnace on New Years Eve day I called Anderson Comfort and they arrived in less than an hour. Skyler had it running in no time. Joel is very reasonable and their team gets the job done fast! Very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they install. After getting my quote they were able to install the new system the next day, including relocating my fan to the other side of the house.

Jason from Air Care made a service call on my air conditioner this week, he was totally professional, answered all my questions and did a very good job all around.

Chris was called to check why our furnace wouldn't turn on. He came promptly and diagnosed the problem. Josh came the next day and quickly installed the part. Both were very professional. Will definitely use Air Care again.

I used another local company to diagnose the problem with my AC unit. The technician said it would cost $2400.00 to get my unit running again. I was recommended
by a friend to call Air Care, so I did. Chris came out and insisted he take a look at my AC even after I told him about the previous company's recommendations. He had it running in 20min. and only charged me $4.00 more than the service call fee from the other company (who fixed NOTHING and tried to sell me a whole new system for $13000.00).

It is good to know there are still companies with integrity. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend Air Care!

Excellent customer service! Excellent technical service! Jessica answered my phone call and was extremely helpful and understanding. She informed me that there were service appointments open on the day I called and they could have someone out same-day. That someone was Jason W., he was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He repaired my issue very quickly, explained some functions and features of my system in a very friendly and informative way. I will be calling Air Care for all my HVAC needs going forward!
