Another Spring...which means another issue with the AC unit but Chris and his amazing team were there the same day and had it fixed before I was home and it was 122 degrees in the house. 3rd time using them - same 5 stars!

Wonderful experience, these guys Rock. They did such a great job on our new home. That it would e hard for me to go anywhere else. Communication was excellent and work was phenomenal. So I had them out to our old home to inspect furnace and ac unit and put there stamp of approval on it. Highly recommend

You guys are great. Caesar was great. Very knowledgeable and very nice. I called Air Care and heating around 8:30am because my heater was working properly. They told me that Caesar would be there between 4 to 6. I received a call at 2:30 PM asking if he could come early. So they do care, or at least it seems they do. Caesar came and explained everything he was doing and the problem he found.

It's hard these days to find a good company that does a good job that also puts you at ease with Courtesy. I would refer this company to anyone.

Steve is topnotch in my book! He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and looks out for my best interest. Aircare has met all my heating and cooling needs for many years. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants exemplary service! Thanks to Ronda also, for making magic happen!!

The last company could not fix it along with the scam warranty service choice warranty. Nobody want to fix it. They want more money out of us. My husband was in the hospital for 3 months. Almost lost his life. But you all came and fixed it with a reasonable price. I called you the day before. I did not have to wait long and you came the next day. Very professional. Very friendly and funny. Truly want to say thank you. Honesty will always get any business far. I see you in the future.

No need to search any further. Air Care Heating and Air did an amazing job! Requesting service was a breeze and the lady was friendly and understanding. From the time I called to when the tech came out was no more than 45 minutes. Cesar, our tech, was knowledgeable friendly and didn't seem to mind me hovering asking questions. He was quick to find the issue and make the fix. He was thorough making sure everything was running as it should inside and out before leaving. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Jason was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and stuck around to make sure everything was working. He was upbeat and seemed in a good mood, and made me feel optimistic that he'd be able to resolve the problem with our furnace - and he did! At no point did I feel like I, or my questions, were stupid or unnecessary. He appreciated and understood that I really wanted to know what was happening, what he was doing, and why and had no problem explaining every part of the process. I'll absolutely call these folks again if we need any other help with our furnace or AC!
