I was referred to Getzschman Heating from a friend. As a single mom it’s important to me to have peace of mind knowing my house is running properly and that I’m hiring a trustworthy company. Brendon showed up to my house on time and was very thorough and professional in explaining to me what he was checking/doing. I signed up for the Silver Club membership for to save me time and money and feel great knowing I can call any time in an emergency.

Dylan from Getzschman plumbing showed up right away on a holiday weekend—super prompt. He cleared our kitchen drain fast, was total pro and polite, especially with kids around. He cleaned up better than he found it. Highly recommend! Five stars.

We have experienced exceptional service from Getzschman Heating and Air. They’ve done our regular maintenance and a few repairs. Always on time, always courteous, always respectful of property, and reasonably priced.

Tyler came to do the fall checkup this morning. What a great guy! He answered all my questions (newly purchased home), set up notes for future service appointment, and in general made we feel very confident in my decision to continue the annual membership program with Getzschman that the previous owner used.

We have found our HVAC company. We have had 2 experiences with the G force and both were great. Our first was when we were told we would have to get a new furnace by another company. We wanted to get a few bids. The salesman came out and said he thought replacement was premature and we should just get a tune up and repair. The second was with the repair man, Pat. He did a thorough job and fixed all the things. I like it when a company is honest about what needs to be done and does a good job doing it.

Just had our 6 month service completed and Brendon was great! Updated me as he was working and was very professional. Very happy with the service we have received since our installation

The technicians were very professional and cleared my drain quickly. They used shoe covers and kept everything clean. Top notch service. Pat and Dylan explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Jesse did a great job. He presented the expected cost upfront, communicated and answered our questions, very transparent on what he was doing, and cleaned up before leaving.

I have never needed a plumber before and was at a loss of who to even contact. Getzschman and Jesse will get my business again. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Brendan arrived on time was friendly and efficient. We had a scheduled 6 months maintenance check done so there was no charge. Very happy with our heating system. Getzmann installed it a few years ago and does checkups twice a year. We have had only one issue with the humidifier and they replaced it free of charge.

He did a great job. Appreciated his knowledge of an oil burning furnace. Rob’s Oil recommended your company out of Fremont to service my furnace. Very polite and informative on what he did and how it was working. Would highly recommend to others.

Made my appt online for water heater service, and then called in the office to see if I could get my furnace done at the same time. They were able to schedule both together, which was awesome. My plumber was Mike Morales, and he was great. We talked about the flush of the water heater, and sediment content, etc. Sure I will request Mike back to do another flush next season and a general plumbing check up. He also put a proper screw plug in an open/exposed drain spout in the basement from the pervious owners - without me even asking. Furnace service by Chris Brim, also great job. Great info on what he checked out, adjusted & cleaned. Also a great deal price wise to just do a seasonal membership. Quality experience all the way around.

I purchased my ac and furnace from Getzschman about 2 years ago. Everything has been great from the initial contact to installation and performance of the new units. I do the twice a year service and all the technicians have been great. Brendon was here last Friday. He was on time and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him. He always explains everything he is doing and I feel like he keeps me informed of everything I need to know about keeping the units functioning properly.

He cleaned out all the lint in our very long dryer vent. It wasn’t completely blocked, but a lot of lint was in the vent. He did a good job & checked to make certain the gate was closed & nothing was left behind. He moved the dryer to the spot I wanted it.
He came at the time he said and worked very efficiently.

Jared came through to inspect & perform preventative maintenance on my furnace & was extremely thorough. He didn’t hesitate to give me pointers & explain what he was doing to help me understand my system better. Would recommend. My system is 20 years old & he gave me pointers to keep it in tip top shape to get the most of it while it still lasts. Much appreciated!

Cannot recommend Getzschman enough!! We have used Getzschman for our heating & air services for years, but this was our first time needing plumbing work done. We recently purchased a new home, and unfortunately discovered that one of our full baths was not completed to code, and as a result, had a plethora of issues that needed repair. This job ended up being a SERIOUS challenge, but Pat and Dylan with the G-Force team did an exceptional job taking it on and completing it the RIGHT way and in a timely manner. These guys worked incredibly hard and completed all new plumbing, installing a water heater, new piping, and major concrete work in just four days. We are so grateful for not only their hard work but also their communication and honesty throughout the process. We will be recommending these guys and this team to everyone we know!

I just wanted to provide some positive feedback regarding a few of your employees. 🙌 I was in a pickle yesterday during some bathroom construction and called in for plumbing services. Patrick Darrah and Dylan Kohles arrived within a few hours and were absolutely fantastic. In addition to being personable and kind, they were also very knowledgeable. They provided a couple recommendations with my best interest in mind (better product, potential cost savings down the road) which I really appreciated. They even rearranged their schedule and came back at a time that was better for my remodel contractor.

I’ve met less than pleasant service people over the years, and plenty of simply mediocre ones. Good experiences can be hard to come by, and I had a great one with Getzschman. I felt well taken care of and wanted to share with you.

Couldn’t be more impressed with Getzschman!! Our furnace went out on a Sunday, the repairman (Gary) called within an hour and after listening to my issue was completely honest saying “Sounds like it’s THIS. We would need to order the part anyway, I can come out but why not save the money?”.

When he came out the next day he advocated for the most cost effective means of replacing the broken item AND checked the warranty. He saved us more than $1800.

When the part arrived, Jim came out and had the fix done within 20 minutes. He didn’t even mind the gentle supervision from our Great Dane. Excellent company. Exceptional staff. Customer focused and highly recommended!

Had a kitchen faucet I couldn't get removed. Mike made quick work of it and installed the new faucet in record time. He took the time to show me how to maintain the faucet if the filter were to clog. I would definitely hire Mike for any plumbing issue I have in the future.

Getzschman Heating responded quickly for my request to repair a Lennox furnace and sent Andrew Hulbert in less than a day.

Andrew was nice, quick, and efficient and fixed the issue with no problems. My furnace is 20 years old and he recommended I purchase a package that includes a furnace cleaning and A/C clean in the Spring.

Repairs, dispatch fee, and cleaning package came to under $300 which is a great price. I also liked communicating through text about scheduling.

Highly recommend!

Our blower went out in our geothermal heather causing no heat for over 48 hours. I called Getzschman at the 36-38 hour mark of that time. They were able to sent out Jim quickly to assess and determine the blower issue. He was able to find a new blower (which are hard to find) and get it the next morning so we could get heat back, before the negative temperatures coming in the next few days. I highly recommend this company, appreciate Jim Aaron’s exceptional work, and his wonderful attitude the entire time.
