The technician called me prior to the visit and arrived in a timely manner well within the window set up for the visit. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly did the seasonal service. I highly recommend D&K Heating and Cooling for all of your H-VAC needs!

Evan is absolutely amazing! I am a single mom so he always takes time and explains everything to me. He is very knowledgeabl And actually very passionate about his job in your company. I am going to Ask for him specifically anytime I need stuff done.

Sal and Joshua Did an excellent job of correcting some old issues from a prior service person. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them. I also use D & K to annually service my air conditioning and my furnace and they do an excellent job.

Nick, the technician was very professional and diagnosed the issue right away. It was only his wisdom and experience that allowed him to do so as he knew immediately that the filter, although it looked clean, was actually clogged with calcium buildup due to a humidifier being used in the home. He helped diagnose an issue with the whole house humidifier as well. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything you would expect from a great employee.

Our mini-split issue was difficult to diagnose and they were able to get the company on the phone and work through the issue and order the part for repair. Though it did take a couple of appointments to complete the work, they were able to figure it out when another company could not. I appreciated them being very clear on communication, following up in a timely manner and they were able to get an accurate diagnosis and repair the unit instead of replacing it. We are grateful that we didn't need to replace the whole unit and they were great to work with.

My heat went out the day before an anticipated snowstorm. D&K responded quickly to my request and sent the delightful, professional, and efficient technician, Evan. He had me back up and running in short order! Thank you!

Kevin did a GREAT job repairing my furnace quickly and at a much better price than I was quoted from another well-known company. He was prompt, honest, and very knowledgeable. Dave kept me updated on the ordered parts status and scheduled repair. The entire experience was seamless.

Got a new hvac system from D&K last spring. Stopped heating today. Technician came was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Figured out was likely the filter but he thoroughly checked out the system, made some adjustment to make sure system was running at top efficiency. And since under warranty no charge. Definitely recommend these guys.

We had another company doing our furnace and A/C checks for years and these guys immediately won our business! They were thorough and found things the other guys didn’t! Totally worth trying them out! The diagnostic fee goes towards the payment of any additional services rendered so if you need something fixed, it’s a no brainer!

They do a great job making sure all of the systems are working properly!

At 6:30pm I realized my house was 66° and my heat was set at 72°. I left a message on the after hours messaging and got a call within 30 minutes. Within another 40 minutes a technician arrived and was so helpful in warming my house back up. Thank you so much for your help Evan! Hopefully i dont see you again until this Summer for an A/C check! I appreciate you coming so quick and with such a good attitude after regular hours. Your kindness is much appreciated.

5+ stars for Kyle at D&K. I couldn’t have been more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

He called ahead to take a brief history of the issue, arrived exactly when he said he would, and efficiently troubleshot the problem- all while teaching and giving his apprentice hands-on experience. They had everything repaired. tested and working in short order.

He also offered helpful recommendations on filters and replacement schedules. When I mentioned my child’s allergies, he discussed practical options without any of the high-pressure upselling I’ve experienced with other HVAC companies.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews- and this one is completely unsolicited- but I truly can’t say enough positive things about my experience today.

Jake was highly professional, and respectful throughout the service visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue that caused my furnace to shut down and clearly outlined the repairs needed. He replaced the faulty part and made the necessary adjustments to ensure the furnace was operating efficiently and safely.

I was very pleased with the quality of his work and his attention to detail.

Shout out to Jennifer and Kyle! I will never use another HVAC company! Since moving here 9 years ago I’ve owned 3 properties in the area - so I have worked with several different HVAC companies. These guys are hands down the BEST. They’re all incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and professional - I learn something new every time they come to do their scheduled service. The office staff are so friendly and efficient - they call back right away and are flexible when I’ve needed to change a scheduled service. They’re accommodating (same day service!) when something time sensitive occurs (our heat stopped working during the coldest week of the year - they were here a mere hours after I called). We learned about D&K when we purchased our home thanks to the previous owner and her impeccable notes. I recommend D&K to everyone I know, when you find the best tradesman, be it a HVAC, plumbing or electrical company - you gotta hang on to em! AND you have to share;) ! That way they stay in business forever and you never have to hire someone half as good!

We recently had our HVAC system replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up right on time and kept me updated throughout the whole process so I always knew what was going on.

They were very respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning up after themselves once the installation was complete. You’d never know we had a major system replacement done.

The new system looks fantastic and runs so much quieter and smoother than the 17-year-old unit it replaced. The difference in sound and overall performance is immediately noticeable.

They were also Pet friendly, my to two Dogs allowed them to meet with which was unusual to me. Thanks for all you guys have done. Boi was professional and courteous. He early and i was late getting home. He waited until i got there which was 20 mins after the scheduled time. He communicated future options for as my unit is 18 year's old now. A great guy to have on your team!

This service was great. The technician fixed the problem just to make sure it would be a fix instead of giving me a "maybe this $200 fix will be to trick or maybe the whole thing is bad" I appreciated the assurance and the evidence that the technician gave and I felt no pressure. It was exactly what we needed and nothing more.
