Getzschman was recommended to me. I’m new to area. Jared was professional and kind. He walked me through the system and explained the general maintenance that’s necessary. The cost was very reasonable. I found him trustworthy and capable. I have full confidence in this business.

Every 6 months, we have the nicest, most efficient techs out to check our heating/air, depending on the upcoming season. This time, the furnace had stopped earlier that particular morning of our scheduled appointment. The tech quickly figured out it was the sonic humidifier I had purchased about 6 weeks earlier, which was emitting white dust and had totally clogged the filter. I highly recommend Getzschman and their maintenance plan to anyone. Well worth the investment.

As always, had a fantastic experience with Getzschman and my HVAC maintenance program today. Technician Brendon could not have been nicer or more professional and knowledgeable about my system and everything was taken care of exactly as expected. He even went over and above and fixed an unexpected issue with the humidifier setup I hadn’t known was there and now I can manage that part of my system easier. Top notch service… what I have come to expect and always receive from Getzschman. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Brendan was awesome! He arrived on time, was quick, and very polite. He made sure we knew everything he did and even offered us tips to keep our system running at its best. He came out for our last maintenance appointment as well. It was great having such a friendly face return that I recognized.

They did a great job troubleshooting and figuring out my issue and only repaired what was needed. Also, did a great job explaining what they found and how that affected my furnace. They got me signed up for their plan which saved me some money and also will have them come out twice a year for maintenance checks. Really impressed. New customer

Ive been with Getzschman Heating since they installed my brand new unit, nearly 10 years ago. I’m consistently impressed and happy with their service. Top notch technicians and office staff. They work quickly and diligently, and the cost is always very reasonable! Their technician, Jake, diagnosed a furnace problem quickly for me today and answered all of my many questions with patience and great information-he even did extra maintenance checks while he waited on info regarding a needed part. I can’t recommend Getzschman enough.

I've been a Getzschman customer for over 10 years, and their service has been very good. The people are friendly and skilled. I just had an issue with a part that is no longer available. Brian H. was outstanding! He explained the problem and helped beyond the service call. We still weren't able to source the part, but he went the extra mile to do everything in his power. Brian provided exceptional service!

We have had a few guys from Getzschman come out in the last few years. Today it was Brendon, last year Ben R, Jim A, Mitch and way back to Aaron and Cameron on the install.

All great guys and very professional and right to work checking system, filter, CO and O2 level.

I feel we are in good hands and happy we chose Gethzschman for our heating and AC needs

Left a message after hours last night and first thing this morning I had a call back. I told them that I would be home after 2:30. She said they were totally booked today, but, could put us in to check the problem out. At 2:39 I was contacted and they were on their way. Installed a new thermostat, so the problem should be solved. They told me if we had any further problems to contact them.

Called about a thermostat that had a minor issue with the display and requested that whenever a service tech was in the area to stop by and take a look at it. Within 15 min I got a call from Evan saying he was 5 minutes away and would be right over. He showed up and replaced the thermostat and was on his way in under 15 minutes. No charge since the system was installed 5 months ago.
A very pleasant young man; and a great representative of his employer.
