They came on time. They did what they could. They gave me my options, answered my questions, and gave me time and space to consider what actions to take. All in all it was outstanding.

Thankful to have had Carter dispatched to the rental property that had the AC go out. He was quick to respond and fix the wiring issues! Had incredible communication over the work needing done and letting us know when it was complete.

I would definitely recommend McCarthy’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! They were so quick to get out to help us. I booked online on a Friday morning and they were here a couple of hours later. Sam was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything and answer our questions.

Carter was very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand without using too much technical mumbo-jumbo. I would recommend.

Would highly recommend my furnace went out and they got me help really quick very nice people and professional and they did everything they could to help us we are very appreciative of them

Carter was awesome! He showed up in less than an hour and got us up and running on a 90 degree Saturday. He also scheduled an estimate for us the next morning. He was super nice to us and our dogs and we’re so grateful for his expert and speedy help!

McCarthy's was fast! My A/C went out and I called at the end of the work day Wednesday and they came out the following morning. Jacob Petry was our technician and he was quick, courteous, and informative. I would definitely use McCarthy's again in the future.

I contacted McCarthy’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning on a Sunday evening regarding a potential HVAC duct leak in my ceiling. To my surprise, they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. I received an email confirmation for the appointment and even a professional biography of the technician, Jack, which was a great touch.

On the day of the appointment, the office gave me a courtesy call letting me know Jack would arrive within 30 minutes—excellent communication throughout the entire process. When Jack arrived, I explained the issue, and he conducted a thorough inspection of the HVAC system, including the condenser and coils, and performed a diagnostic check on the cooling system—all of which were within proper limits.

After his assessment, Jack determined the cause of the leak was likely due to closed vents in the basement and other areas of the home, along with a dirty filter and the system working overtime during several extremely hot and humid days. His explanation was clear, professional, and easy to understand.

I asked about preventative maintenance options, and Jack explained their plans, including a great offer for military members. I ended up signing up for their $11.11/month 11/11 maintenance plan, which I really appreciated as a veteran.

Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the fast response, professionalism, and honesty from McCarthy’s. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service or looking to set up a maintenance plan!

Carter did an exceptional job. We had our furnace maintenance to get ready for winter he was here almost 1hr 1/2 cleaning giving a good look over. He recommended we needed a new filter, but he didn’t have one on his truck came over the next evening to bring me one and put it in for us. 👍

We had another service come out that clearly wanted to just sell us a new system. Then we called Macarthy. Not only did they report one of the potential problems to not be a problem, but they also found the real problem. Instead of just reporting it as a potential fix, he fixed it first to make sure the unit would function with the cheaper fix. I’m very impressed with the knowledge and ability!

Scott arrived at the scheduled time and performed the services required for my furnace for the upcoming heating season. He changed my furnace filter upon my request, which was very much appreciated.

I could tell right off the bat that Carter was one of the best. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue while keeping me informed every step of the way. He took the time to clearly explain both the problem and the solution in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated.

What stood out even more than his skill was the pride he took in his work. It was obvious Carter cares deeply about doing the job right—not just for the sake of the repair, but because of the standards he holds for himself and the company he represents. That kind of pride and integrity is rare these days, and it left a lasting impression on me.

Carter didn’t just fix a problem—he delivered real value through his professionalism, honesty, and the respect he showed for his craft. I’m genuinely grateful and would recommend him without hesitation.

Jack from McCarthy came out today (same day service- about two hours after I called to schedule an appt) and was so informative and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions with top notch knowledge of the issues we were experiencing. I hope if we need anything in the future Jack will be the one on site, he was great! Highly recommend this company!!

Absolutely incredible service! McCarthy’s One Hour Heating and Air arrived at my home within one hour of booking, which was a lifesaver since my house was over 100 degrees and I have pets. I was so impressed by how punctual and professional they were. From the friendly customer service to the technician wearing booties to keep everything clean, every detail showed how much they care. I also love that they’re veteran owned. Truly beyond 5 stars—THANK YOU for taking such great care of us!

Matt with McCarthy's did a fantastic job.I normally do not leave reviews but Matt was wonderful to work with. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He let me know what was wrong and was able to do the repair around our busy schedilule. He made some recommendations but didn't try to pressure me into anything extra. I really appreciate the level of service we receive everytime McCarthy's comes to do yearly maintenance too. I highly recommend their services.

McCarthy’s service was great. I called for a dryer vent cleaning service, and the technician was over the next day. The technician Jake was wonderful. He came on time and was quick, but thorough. He described everything and talked things through with us. Overall great experience with this company!
