If I could give ten stars I would. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind. Customer service is a rare commodity these days. However these folks nailed it. My furnace had to be replaced. It was like 35 years old and parts that were needed to repair was obsolete. They all work so well together as a team. I appreciate all of you so very much. Grateful to have met you all. Thank you 😊

After signing up for the service plan that McCarthy has we scheduled an appointment to have our furnace and water heater checked. They scheduled for the next week and the technicians were right on time. Sam and Andrew were very courteous and respectful of our house. They covered their shoes even after I told them it was ok not to. They gave us estimates for the repairs that need to be done in the near future and we will be telling all of our friends to use them if they have any heating, plumbing, or a/c issues.

I use this company for multiple homes, and they are always great! From customer service on the phone to the technicians. I’ve worked with Carter, Sam, and recently Jacob, who came tonight during the -20 windchill and he was so professional and nice. Had me back warm and comfy in no time! I absolutely recommend all these guys for service! Thanks guys!

I really don't do reviews but I have to say that Thermal Services are the only place that I trust the servicing of my home. They were prompt and knowledgeable about what was going on with our furnace and in today's economy what we are paying is not bad at all for the service. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very happy with the AC install from these guys! I got multiple estimates, and when I pulled the trigger to go with Thermal, they got me scheduled for install 2 days later! The price for a new AC unit plus install was on par with industry standards, plus the 2 gentlemen (Brian Lefler and I didnt get the 2nd one's name) who came and did the actual install were very polite and accommodating. They did a good job explaining to me what all they did, and they got it done by noon! I'm very pleased, thank you to Thermal Services!

Layne always does such a great job making sure our air conditioner and furnace are serviced and kept in great shape. He is very friendly, courteous, and dependable. We pay per year FYI

Mathew was today, as always, superbly professional and personable. His knowledge of our system and willingness to share that knowledge with us is the primary reason we continue to pay for the maintenance program.

Two gentlemen were excellent installers!! Work was done in a timely manner, and the area of our furnace, hot water heater, and A/C was clean after they finished. Very pleased overall with product and labor!!

We had a small issue with dripping from the HVAC condensate lines and a bypass valve on our tankless water heater. Darien Henry from Thermal Heating, Air & Plumbing came out reviewed the area and was able to fix all the issues with no return required. Excellent service.

We just had our summer HVAC check completed by Layne, and as always, he was fantastic. He arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the visit, and showed the same professionalism and integrity we've come to trust. It’s a great feeling knowing our system is in such capable hands. Highly recommend Layne for any HVAC needs!

Annual maintenance of our furnaces. All checks are good. Layne did a great job, replaced the filters and made sure everything was working correctly. Well done and thank you very much.

Thermal was able to schedule heating system maintenance and minor repairs quickly. Matthew called in advance and was thorough and explained what was done and answered my questions. He also wore boot covers during his visit which was very much appreciated.

Thermal Energy have been great! I needed help at beginning of year with my furnace and I purchased the maintenance plan. They are great contacting me on the schedule. Everyone that has come to my home have been great, too. They have given me any necessary information and answered all my questions.

We received an upgrade of our current thermostat. Our service person, Trent, was on time, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made a suggestion which saved us money and overall it was a great experience.

Doug was efficient, courteous, and professional throughout the replacement of the heat exchanger. He took the time to answer questions and delivered an excellent overall customer experience.

Our 17 yo furnace went out during a severe winter storm while we were out of town. John Suarez fixed it promptly. He was clear, friendly, and very competent. We're glad to have been a warranty customer with Thermal Services for forty years. Repair cost $ 0.00

Showed up on time. Explained what he was going to do clearly. Provided good feedback after the work. Asked if CO2 sensors installed. Left area condition neat.

2/18/26 Technician Hayden came today to replace the heat exchanger. He identified other issues and discussed additional items that changed my decision, to instead replace the furnace. In the long run, it is probably the right decision, although a great expense. If Hayden shows up as your tech, you will be fortunate.

Josh came to take care of both my houses today. He did the plumbing inspections. Josh is an excellent plumber, personable, and likes and appreciates his job. Excellent associate. I will request him for future service and work!

1/6/26. update. Visited today by John Suarez. Quick, efficient, super-skilled, knowledgeable, well-spoken, and personable. Also, John had all the time in the world to explain issues and solutions, along with root causes and any other question that I had. Highly recommend John as a technical resource and equipment specialist, and his company.

1/22/26. Had a new furnace installed on 1/19/26. I believe the installation was done a bit hastily and sloppily. Maybe the install team was having a bad day. Silver ducting tape was sloppily applied (and falling off three days later), there was dirt, debris, and screws around and on the furnace ductwork, and the humidifier was not calibrated correctly. Further, after we removed the silver ducting tape to replace it, huge, half inch or more gaps were visible between the ductwork which indicates that the measurements taken for the custom ductwork we’re not accurate. Also, the condensate pump was cycling at least once a minute and I could tell the humidifier was being flooded versus its required amount of water. Doug came today and quickly resolved the humidifier issue by throttling down the water supply. He also re-taped the seams between the A-coil and the furnace and ductwork. Doug was quick and efficient and helpful. Also, Doug was early, which was a delight. I had vacuumed up debris before Doug arrived so he did not see what I saw. I did about half of it. After he left, I vacuumed up the rest. For $11,000 (or $19,000 including the condenser and A-coil which I replaced last spring), one would think that the small details which probably required 30 extra minutes of time would’ve been handled.

2/12/26. Eric, the leader of the service technicians, and Axel, the service technician both came to my house today. All outstanding issues were resolved, and I am happy now with the install. It is a compliment that this company cares so much about recovering from any possible shortfalls. This means that if there are any issues, you know that they will stand behind their service and products. Both Axel Eric are stand-up gentlemen. A big thank you to both of them.

Josh did a great job for us! He came when he said that he would be here and was very efficient with his work, Josh is an excellent representative for your company and I would recommend him to everyone. Josh has done a fantastic job on our previous plumbing work and we ask for Josh every time we have plumbing issues. Thanks for all your help Josh.
