Hayden is very polite and honest. he explains everything in a way that the average person can understand. He has been my technician for the last year or so. I appreciate his opinion and trust what he is saying. I have never been disappointed in using Thermal Services.

Cooper is a kind and knowledgeable technician who gave us great news on our very old furnace. He did not try to upsell anything. He was very informed on how to maintenance our unit and gave me tips for keeping it running smoothly. We have been very happy with Thermal services maintenance plan.

We continue to choose Thermal because of the quality of the entire experience. This latest round of repairs and humidifier installation is no different. Doug installed a new blower motor in the furnace and a humidifier above expectations for quality to which I often hold service providers. Thermal has never ever disappointed and we have been using them for our HVAC and plumbing needs and will continue to do so. I am extremely pleased at the level of communication and find Thermal’s prices fair for the high level of quality of their service.

John S was our service technician. Our HVAC is 16 y/o and I knew that it was just a matter of time before I would have to replace it. John was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues with my HVAC to include showing me live a camera feed showing the cracks inside the unit. There were several parts that needed replacing, but in the end, although it will be more expensive, I will replace my HVAC. Nobody wants to hear your system is in bad shape, but it has to be done. John did an excellent job of providing options and advising me it was my decision in the end. We have been with Thermal Services for several years. They all have been very professional and knowledgeable.

I wanted to acknowledge Bryan and Derek who installed our new HVAC. They arrived at the scheduled time and described to me before they started working on what they would be doing. They gave me progress reports during the morning. When they finished they went over the new Thermostat and showed me all the work they had done. They also left the area as clean as they found it. Very smooth and professional installation!

Axel Cervantes Ayala performed our annual furnace inspection today. He was very efficient and friendly and explained everything he was doing. We’re very happy with his service.

Matt was knowledgeable and respectful. He determined that we had a water flow issue,causing the compressor and auxiliary heat to both run, however when we discussed I suggested that we do not have any pressure issue anywhere else in the house and did we check the filter in the inflow to the hvac.
We changed the filter and pressure returned to operating norms.
All is good

Colton arrived exactly when scheduled and was very careful about keeping our home clean. He did a very thorough examination of our heating system and replaced our filter. I was very satisfied with his work.

I pay a yearly maintenance fee to check and clean my furnace and AC. The technician did an excellent job with both the service and in explaining everything to me that he had checked. It was reassuring to know my furnace is in good working condition. I would gladly recommend Thermal Services

This is the second time Axel has serviced our system. He is polite and professional in his manner. However, there has bern a problem on each visit. The first was when I needed to have my condenser motor replaced this summer. He forgot to install the mounting bolts and the motor fell into the unit a day or two later. Fortunately, it fell straight down, and the blades didn’t damage any of the fins or tubes. I asked the office not to assign him to my system again. When he showed up for my fall routine service, I didn’t say anything but this time he didn’t replace the cover on the humidifier unit. While this in and of itself is not a big deal, the two experiences make me question his attention to detail. As such, I cannot recommend him based on my experiences.

Hayden was absolutely by far best hv/ac person i have ever worked with or for that matter had the pleasure to meet. His customer service was outstanding. His knowledge was impressive. When he left I felt confident that my system was in great working order. Can hardly wait for the next breakdown so I can watch Hayden in action again.

Wow! Called Thermal Services at 9 this morning because my hot water heater quit working yesterday. William (Bill) came in a few hours. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable, excellent service! A few hours later I had a new heater. Would definitely recommend this company and especially William Wendt. 😀 Also had William back to install a dog wash station that I bought. Excellent work!

Caleb came out on Saturday to help with our AC since it wasn't blowing cold during the heat wave and we have five dogs that were not having fun. He was extremely informative and provided tips on preventative maintenance to ensure our unit is running great.

I could not have had a better tech. He was so attentive to my needs and knew exactly what needed done. Such a nice young man. Please mark my file so I get him again should I need someone. Thanks for a great job!!! I have used Hans since we moved to Springfield in 1978 and have never been sorry. Great service!!!!

Very professional n excellent at his job

We had them replace our 20 year old furnace and AC unit and have used them for annual furnace and AC checks. They were great, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, answered our questions before they left. We recommend them for any HVAC problems.

Hans troubleshot a thermostat programming issue to optimize our heating capability. Also discovered a ducting issue that’s costing us efficiency.

Excellent service! Very fast and was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Will use again!
