Our service man was bill and bill came and did a great job. He offered great advice and immediately went to work on the 2 problems. We had as well as explaining everything and showing us everything in detail. He was just a fantastic service guy. And so we signed up for the program to continue to use this company. Because if he is an example of their type of workers then they are a great company that we feel comfortable with our house with from now on.

We had two appointments scheduled yesterday for our tankless water heater and furnace maintenance. Josh and Layne were very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Both of them explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job. We really appreciated their professionalism. Thank you!

Excellent experience with my semi annual service with Trenten. He took the time give our system a thorough inspection, provide an explanation of the data points, and spent extra time helping to troubleshoot airflow to a room i've been having issues with. Highly recommend Thermal Services.

I tried Thermal Services for annual furnace check and they found a cracked heat exchanger. They assured me it was under warranty and replaced. Wonderful company to work with. They were thorough, efficient and reasonable. They took time to show me what was wrong and how it could be fixed which saved me from getting a new furnace. They are now on my list of great companies, and I will use them for my HVAC.

The Service Technicians at Thermal are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Today we had Josh install a new kitchen faucet. Josh took his time and answered all of our questions. What I like most about this company is that you feel valued as a customer right from scheduling your appointment to the technician coming to your house. Thanks Josh and Thermal!

We had a great experience with Thermal Service replacing HVAC system, Brian Lefler was very professional and thorough with the install of new system. When we had our MUD inspection, the inspector commented to us on how easy it was for him to do his job because of how professionally installed the system was.

Dane gave me the heads up that he was enroute. Met him at the house. Performed heater inspection thoroughly. Provided a comprehensive review. I am very happy with Dane and Thermal!

My a/c broke down Tuesday afternoon, Dean came out first thing Wednesday morning and Bryan and his crew were here at 7:30am sharp this morning. I left to go to work, came home and my house is nice and cool with a wonderful new Lennox unit with humidifier.

I have never had such fast, professional service in my entire life. I cannot believe how they all at Thermal made my urgent need a priority, starting with the customer service call I made Tuesday evening. The lady I spoke to totally understood my concern about the weather getting really hot in the next few days to Dean coming out to assess and provide my options and how knowledgeable he is about the product and how it all works and what will be done and what to expect to Bryan leaving my basement immaculate and making sure my house was locked up.

I could go on and on but I think I’ve made my point and will continue to reach out to this company for all my hvac needs.

The team from Thermal Services did a great job installing, testing, and explaining about our new furnace. When TS came out to do a tune-up of our previous furnace, we found out that the unit was 25 years old (and yet the sellers of our new house had claimed it was 3 years old this year). So, we opted to get a new furnace, and it's much quieter and runs much more smoothly and efficiently. We are grateful that they could schedule us so quickly. The TS installation team showed up on time, made sure to lay down tarps to walk on, wore plastic shoe protectors when needed, and overall were very courteous and diligent in their work. They also did a nice job being careful around furniture and cleaning up after they were finished. It was a great experience having them install our unit, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work on a furnace.

The technicians are always so great to work with! We had a new furnace and heat pump installed a few years ago and the service has been exceptional. They are always professional and answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

Technicians were great. The downer was the diagnosis on Christmas morning was that the mother board was faulty and we had to wait until Monday to get a new one installed. The good news was that the warranty on our nine year old furnace was still in effect. We didn't have to pay a cent.

Dane Carillo just completed our annual furnace maintenance. He gave our furnace a clean bill of health. He was courteous and professional and gave us a chance to ask questions. We could not be any more satisfied with his visit. The trip was paid for by our annual maintenance plan.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Jeff. He took the time to explain all the things that needed fixing and fixed them quickly. He explained the annual service contract to me and did the whole inspection of all faucets and bathrooms. He was just so courteous, thorough and professional. I will definitely ask for Jeff when we need plumbing help.

The exhaust pipe was leaking and the technician scheduled a repair. This was during a winter tune-up, this has leaked for awhile. The service man was very professional in his work and made suggestion for a more efficient unit.

Earnest was amazing! We recently bought this house and keep finding problems... We got the Whole Home Easy Care Plan to start addressing them and to provide basic maintenance.
We had Earnest write up lots of quotes! He paid great attention to detail and caught several potential problems that would have been very expensive to address later, now we can address them quickly! He also spotted the real source of a leak which will save us hundreds by fixing the actual problem! He answered all our questions.

Matthew helped to calm my anxiety when our carbon monoxide detector was on alarm following our new furnace installation. He explained what could be happening & tried different tests & other ideas before concluding that my detector was malfunctioning due to its age. He educated me about carbon monoxide & what to do in the event of a true emergency. I got a complimentary new detector & peace of mind. I am very impressed with Matthew & the other Thermal Services staff I’ve encountered so far.
