They installed my air conditioning in four hours. I had been told that it was impossible to get AC. I am grateful To have air conditioning, especially with the hot weather coming up I’d only wished they had told me you were going to cut a hole in my wall. That way I wouldn’t have been so shocked.

Bryson did a very thorough job on our furnace. Very knowledgeable and polite. Worked hard until the job was done. We will definitely use this company again and refer our friends to them.

In return, they showed up at my property in less than 10 hours and corrected all issues. They were quick and they know what they’re doing. Kevin the owner came out on a Sunday! Kevin diagnosed the problem ran several checks and made sure it was the issue. He actually had the parts with him and was prepared. He took the time to go back and eliminate any feature problems. Kevin went way far and beyond all my expectations. Service is top-notch and it doesn’t get any better! Kevin & Titanium was very amazing! I truly recommend Titanium over anyone!

I don’t recall the two guys names that you sent out, but they were awesome. They completed the job in a very timely manner. They explained everything they were very kind. Bryson seemed to have the knowledge needed to resolve my issue with my ac. Unfortunately, he can't resolve my issue until he is able to order, receive and install a new compressor I will still have to suffer from the hot temperatures but, he was able to diagnose the real issue and to determine that I was still under warranty. Bryson's C.S. skills are excellent and from what I see of him I assume he is an excellent employee. I have no doubt that he will get my system up and running again as soon as he is allowed to.

I'm not great about doing reviews, but my experience with Titanium was outstanding. Bryson was a great technician, put in a little extra effort he didn't have to do and got my ACs all tuned up for the summer at a reasonable price. Will definitely keep using Titanium for my furnace this fall.

The Titanium team is amazing! They were on time for the appointment, adressed the immediate issue with detailed options on remedies laying out all the pros and cons of each option. Got the blower motor fixed and tuned up the AC so we are ready for summer.

We had issues the next day that were not directly related to the repair. Turned out to be a simple fix but the owner of the company was on my doorstep within an hour of my call to take care of the issue.
