Great experience from the first phone call setting up (and got lucky with same day appointment) to the entire inspection and repair by Bryson. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Our system is running perfectly now.

Kevin and his team went above and beyond for us! We panicked when another company gave us a quote that left our jaws on the floor. Not only was Titanium reasonable in their pricing, but they took the time to notice details that the other company overlooked both inside and outside the house. We were in good hands with high quality work, reasonable costs, and extremely speedy service. We will absolutely be recommending Titanium to our friends and family in the future.

Josh was the on-site tech and did a great job! We purchased a new Rheem 4 ton A/C from Ideal, Brian and Corwin, in July 2021. We orginally thought the problem issue was related to the A/C. It was not. We retained our old furnace as it was in good shape when the new A/C was installed. Turns out the problem was a bad condenser in the furnace blower fan. Easy fix, but not easily found. Josh went through his diagostic checks, found the bad condenser and replaced it all in under 2 hours. He explained thoughly the process, our options and found a reasonably priced new condenser.
