Fantastic experience!!! Corwin came out and fixed my heating issue in no time at all. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do. Very professional and very nice. I highly recommend him and Ideal!

Josh was great! Had our A/C inspected and a duct issue that was solved and was very reasonably priced. Great communication on the issue as well. We will mist definitely be return customers.

No one wants to learn that their AC compressor died in the summer. I called not expecting service to be available today. I was wrong! Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were engaging, friendly, and kind. It is evident that Ideal has built a culture based on customer service. They have a client for life now.

There was a mix up with my scheduled appointment. I was told that we were scheduled from 8-12 but they had me down for 12-4. No questions asked they sent a tech out and Josh was here within 30 mins. He did great this company does a phenomenal job and saved me $$$. Definitely recommend!

I had a plumbing issue at my warehouse. I reached out to Jason (Ideal's Master Plumber) and he responded immediately. He was here within 1/2 hour and quickly fixed the problem. He's a stellar plumber and a great guy too! I will most definitely be using Jason and the Ideal team in the future.

They set up an appointment time with us that fit our needs, Josh arrived on time, he was very thorough, listened to my concerns and rechecked the furnace. He followed up with a complete check list and comments.

In June our 22 y/o geothermal system needed to be replaced. We called Ideal Heating and Cooling on recommendation from a friend. Corwin came out and gave us a detailed bid for the new install. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Two weeks later our two new geothermal units were installed. The installation team was on time, very professional, courteous and left our furnace area cleaner than when they started. They also took the time to instruct us on the use of the new thermostats and the geo units. Such nice young men, we were totally impressed. Corwin made several stops during the installation to check on progress and a visit several weeks later to make sure we did not have problems. Outstanding customer service.

We had a new install done to replace the AC/Condenser/Furnace units, as well as expand airflow/conditioning across the house. We also had some existing hardware that was reused.

Ideal was really good! From the project manager, to the service techs, to the owner, to the service coordinator. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Everything was done very well and very fast. Their service techs could work around some of the nuance of a store bought humidifier in place of their own. There was a few slight bumps after the system break in that they continually worked at until they were fixed.

I will be using Ideal again in the future if I should need any HVAC assistance!

I cannot recommend this company enough. They recently installed an accuclean filtration system and an air scrubber. The work was done quick and very well. We have had this company out before and they have always been very helpful and honest. On more than one occasion they have helped us and stopped us from spending money that we could have easily spent. If you want peace of mind, hire this Company. The owner is amazing!

We lost our AC right in the middle of the hottest days of Sumer and I couldn't be more glad we chose Ideal to help us. We had quite the ordeal and if it wasn't for the professionalism of the team at Ideal it could have made a bad situation worse.

Ideal heating &' air replaced my furnish and air conditioner when it went out during 30 below 0. They were very responsive. They arrived &' replaced quickly. The work was outstanding. The on site technician who did the work was very professional, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have him work for us.

A few years back during a very hot spell our ac unit went out.
Businesses in Omaha that I contacted had a minimum of 2 wks out for installation of a new needed unit for us.
Ideal was the 2 wk out offer. We are senior citizens & Corwin the owner felt our discouragement.
He along with the help of his office girl at the time came out & installed it himself.
He also went on line & set up our warranty & rebates for us since we're not tech savvy.
Ideal Htg & Cooling are top notch because we know 1st hand they truly care for their customers.

Josh was out today after a prompt callback from Judy. In 3.5 hours he was here working. He took care of the problem as he has done before on our old furnace. It's really hard to find companies like Ideal. I can't think of any other company that would not have taken a sales approach. We have great trust in Ideal as seniors.

Ideal has bailed out family out twice this year! Replaced our water heater with a new tankless unit, as well as getting our furnace running after some failed parts. Corwin and his team our pros, fast and friendly service!
