Saul was great, quickly identified and fixed the issue and went above and beyond in troubleshooting to make sure I wouldn’t have any other issues after he left. Will be calling again for water heater and blower motor replacement for my 30+yr old system.

This is year five of having D&K service our heating and cooling system. We are so happy with their service. The technicians are knowledgeable and helpful and I never feel like they are looking for an issue, like I hear about some other companies. In fact, I feel like they take pride in the fact things are running well and they keep it that way. I highly recommend them whenever I have the chance.

Excellent experience with D & K Heating. They service my AC and furnace twice a year. I have used them for years for my heating and cooling needs. Kyle is my technician and he is always professional and thorough. He clearly explains things to me and and asks if I have any questions. I highly recommend D & K Heating!

I have been using D & K ever since we built our home and I can’t recommend them enough. They do my annual maintenance which I feel is priced reasonably and they are thorough and courteous. They never try to just sell you something you don’t need and do an excellent job in explaining what they have done and what recommendations they may have. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend the company and their employees!

Install team of Tim and Dalton were awesome. They found great solutions to improve my install, were extremely courteous and professional, spent the time to ensure I understood our new system and programming, kept the work areas clean and made sure it looked great before leaving. Couldn't have had a better experience.

D&K installed a new geothermal heat pump and disassembled our old, very poorly installed old unit. I was very happy with all the work done prior to make sure the install would go well, and with all their work on the install. D&K are hard working, respectable, and did a great job. We are very pleased.

Both of the installers were very nice. They arrived early and completed everything ahead of schedule. They explained how the new heater and AC worked and the new thermostat. Everything looks so efficient. I’m so happy I chose D&k!!

I have been using D & K for several (30?) years, and have no plans to change. They are reliable, friendly, do great work, answer any questions, and provide suggestions. They try very hard to schedule the same service person which I appreciate. Jake has been servicing my heat & AC for several years now, and does a great job.
If you prepay for both heat & AC checkups for the year you get a discount, which is also nice.

Called out D&K for a 2nd opinion. They squeezed us into their already full schedule for same day service. Kyle was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure all of our concerns were addressed and questions answered. We awarded our needed repairs to D&K due to Kyle! Strongly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC needs!

The whole experience was great!
I had another “well known” company come in (late to their appointment), spend 2.5hrs “working” just to tell me they couldn’t turn the heat on. Window of 8:00-12:00, arrived at 12:35, left at 2:15 or so. Blew my whole day! I paid their service fee and had them leave.
A friend told me to call D&K. He uses them, his parents, in laws…so I called them. Jennifer was awesome, I told her the situation, she asked me some important questions about my unit, and offered to have a sales rep come out. I told her I probably couldn’t that day because I had somewhere to be in a couple of hours and needed to buy some space heaters. She said, “he’ll be there in 15min.” Don showed up (on time!) came in and got straight to business, no sales pitch, no upsell, just options. He said, “I’ll have my service guy come out and turn the heat on for you as well in the meantime.” I told him, well the other company said that wasn’t possible. “I don’t know why they told you that.” Don and I signed some papers (which I was happy to do because he kept it straight with me) and the service tech stopped by, worked his magic and turned the heat back on. Jennifer called me the follow week to set up the install appointment and answered my additional questions. The install team came and they both were extremely pleasant and helpful, got in, laid down their drop cloths, got to work, cleaned up, walked me through how to use the new system, and got out of there.
D&K earned my business because they didn’t try and play games with me. They earned my word of mouth because they did what they said they would. I can only assume the same is true for my friend who recommended them.
No one else touches my furnace and A/C except for D&K now. Love this company!
