Brendon came out on time and took care of our HVAC unit. He was very friendly, courteous, and noticed a couple issues that weren't noticed before. People like Brendon make it easy to pick this company every time.

Wow! Where do I start- from scheduling to the service was amazing! I called today and they were able to get our heating system up and running today! Andrew did an awesome job and explained everything he was doing and our options! We definitely recommend that you call these guys!

I like an organized and thoughtful company representative when I contract work. This was my 3rd service from this company and I knew by now what to expect and I am pleased to say that they continue to deliver. When they come to the door they gave everything they need and are prepared for any surprises. Ives used several companies while living in this house but am done with my annual shift of companies. I’m home.

He was great! He was on time, very polite, covered his shoes, and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace. What a nice young man! He speaks very highly of your company too. I was impressed and couldn’t be happier.

Had a PRV start screaming when the sprinklers were on or the washing machine was running. Called MUD who came and told me to "call a plumber". GETZSCHMAN came out same day...Mike Morales was wonderful to work with..got it handled in record time but also cautioned me about what MIGHT happen. Well, it did, so called them back within hours, Pat Darrah was here to follow up and fixed it. While Pat was here Mike called to confirm and follow up. We will be using GETZSCHMAN from this time forward. Their people really care about quality workmanship.

Jim was very professional and efficient, came out to complete a system diagnostic and operational check up prior to change of season. This is the second time I have had a tech from the company out and they scheduled this service within 72 hours of the call, addressed all concerns and was a polite guest in my home as an early morning appointment.

This is my first time getting an HVAC tune-up/check and it was much easier than I expected! Brendon did a great job explaining what he was doing and looking for, along with things I need to consider for future care for my unit. There was zero upsell, something I was initially concerned about, and it really felt more like calling in a favor with someone who knows HVAC rather than going through a company that would tell me I need to add something like “dust bunny coolant” to my system for $129.99. The pricing was much better than I expected and it only took about an hour, which is also shorter than I expected. Brendon was phenomenal, 5 stars to Getzschman and 10 to Brendon!

One additional note: I was able to book the entire appointment through the website which is something very important to my busy life. When I tried to do the same with Aksarben, they seemed to offer the same process but actually only to the point of getting enough of your info to call you to book over the phone. In fact, Aksarben called me so much that I had to block them. If you’re comparing the two and true online booking is important, Getzschman is the one that doesn’t haunt you like a lonely Tinder incel!

Furnace - Jon was great and did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. Arrived at pre-determined time and completed in a timely manner.
Plumbing - Jesse was great as well. Very personable and knowledgeable, answered my many questions with patience while being actively engaged. Arrived as decided, completed necessary repairs/replacements as quickly as possible.
I highly recommend both and commend both for their work!

Absolutely amazing service!!! Patrick Darrah went above and beyond. I had a power surge that fried my water heater completely. He came out and got one installed on Friday. I waited some time to test the hot water and it wasn’t working (nothing from what they did, I had electrical issues and had a bad breaker). He then came out the same day at 8pm at night to check it out and see what was wrong. So I scheduled for an electrician to come replace the main breaker to the house and the breaker to the water heater. Patrick made sure he came out the same day and was here during it all. Once all that electrical work was done, power was flowing correctly to the water heater and he went above and beyond again and stuck around to make sure it wasn’t getting hot and hot water heaters don’t get hot right away. Once again thank you so much Getzchman and a huge thank you to Patrick. Give that man a raise!!!

Can't say enough good things about this company and Brenden, who came out to do a service on the HVAC. They were able to come out literally the next day to do this, Brenden was on time and extremely professional, he explained everything in a way that made sense, working with Getzschman has been a really positive experience and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I really appreciated Pat making a home call after hours on the weekend. He was very kind and explained everything that he was going to do. He was at our home within 10 minutes of calling for service! I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are so great! We have their service plan, which has come in handy on more than one occasion, like this weekend when our AC stopped working. Jeff came out and took one look at the compressor, snipped and rearranged some wires and lol and behold, it was up and running again! Thanks Jeff and thanks Getzschman!
Update: We had Brendon here today to do our routine maintenance. Another great Getzschman tech! He has been here several times before and remembered not only my kids and I but our friendly golden retriever, Kelly. He is very professional and took care of everything quickly and didn't mind my four-year-old and my dog following him around. Thanks, Brendon!

Brendon was super nice and did his very best to solve our issue. He was very patient and listened to our concerns. Highly recommended.

Jon did a great job and was very nice when he came to do my annual maintenance. He explained what he did and how things checked out then made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. Great experience.

They were so nice over the phone, got someone out to us right away. Competition had at least a day wait. The serviceman was very professional, friendly and courteous. He explained what the issue was, and how to prevent it in going forward. Will definitely call Getzschman for all our Heat/AC needs. .

Brad and Jessie did a great job replacing our water heater. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

We encountered a badly leaking and corroded garbage disposal in our main kitchen last evening and contacted Getzschman this morning. Our call was answered by a real person and a plumbing technician (Pat Durrah) arrived at our home at 12:45 pm. He was uber polite, professional, tidy, and skillful in installing the new hardware that we purchased as he arrived.

We have no complaints and will strongly consider Getzschman for our future plumbing needs due to our experience and the incredible 4.9 star rating for nearly 2700 Google reviews!

I had one missed payment from 2024, which I paid in full before this visit, and I also paid today’s full balance while the technician was on site. Despite this, scheduling and the service itself felt tense and unprofessional. The technician didn’t call ahead, fixed the furnace but failed to clearly explain that servicing was not included even though I requested it, then implied I was trying to take advantage over the humidifier and told me I had to pay before he would explain what was wrong. It felt clear that my one late payment influenced how I was treated. Very disappointing experience.

A capacitor on the main warm air motor on our furnace was weak, which caused us to be in a no heat situation. We were without a furnace for approximately 36 hours. Our G-Force tech arrived earlier than expected and had our heat back on within an hour. He was very polite and willing to share his expertise on what our current problem was and an estimate of the life left with our 20 year old furnace.

Blane did an awesome job, was very friendly and detail-oriented. I think the replacement of the sink and toilet in my old home was more challenging than he or I anticipated, but he took it in stride!
