I have been very impressed with Quality Irrigation in totality. Great service and customer care. Eric Ventura performed the Spring start up maintenance arriving early and was prepared taking into account my concerns I provided when scheduling. He took the time to listen to my input, adjusted sprinkler heads to hit new garden areas and addressed sprinkler heads needing repairs. He was very pleasant to work with which adds credibility to this company. Thank you!

Nick was professional and very easy to talk with about my aging sprinkler system. He serviced the system and fixed any issues and answered all my questions. Extremely knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend and will request him next time for sure!

Today, Fernando came by to turn on my sprinkler system. He was incredibly polite and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility. When I shared the issue I experienced with my sprinkler system last year, he honestly admitted that it was something he hadn’t encountered before. I really appreciated his openness—it’s a reminder that we’re all constantly learning, and being honest about what we don’t know is part of that growth. I was glad to hear he learned something new from my experience. Despite that, he’s clearly a very experienced technician who made the entire process smooth and completed the work efficiently. Thank you, Fernando, for your excellent help with my sprinklers! I highly recommend this company and for sure will be using them again.

Called because I had weeds. They were at my place in a couple hrs. They even came back & physically checked to make sure the weeds were gone!

This company killed my front yard, roasted it....after many phone calls they still did not fix this issue...you never know when they are showing up, no courtesy phone calls. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Had issues with mowing our yard. However. In precious years they did am excellent job with fertilizer and weed killer applications.

We have been very pleased with Naturescape & there services. From the beginning calling the office to sign up to all the applications being applied. A must is the Mesquito spray in the summer! Great company!

did good job last year but this year it has not been up to the mark. They market for free service call in case of issues but to my observation, they delay free service to some how match up with next paid service so that they don't have to make an additional trip (free service) to address the issue.

Much better choices in the Omaha area. Please go with a more credited company, they won't show up and it's a fight to even get them on your property after you've paid everything up front for the year.

Naturescape is awesome. My lawn has never looked better and the prices are great. I even had a competitor leave a card on my door with a note saying my lawn look very healthy. Threw that card away!

We've had Naturescape taking care of our lawn for several years now and my lawn always looks great. I also want to say thank you to Holly in the front office who is always very responsive on email and so friendly when I call to ask about and set up services!
