bought a tree and then never heard from anyone. we were told someone would come out in a day or 2 and survey/flag where the tree would be planted and call 811. 2 weeks went by and 3 calls later (talked to Roman 1x and Kenzie 2x) last call she said, “she had to do some digging and will call me right back.” no one ever called back. we ended up canceling our order. terrible customer service/communication. huge disappointment.

This morning I worked with Mitch from Yard Market and had an amazing experience! Two trees had blown over and were blocking the entrance to our ATM. Within an hour Mitch and his guys were working to remove the tree! They also replanted two new trees for us! I am beyond impressed with Mitch and his efficiency, we will definitely use Yard Market again!

I had them come out to redo my patio to improve some drainage, add in a concrete slab for a gazebo, and some clean up the yard around in the area after taking out some trees. Their price was the most reasonable I found and their solution was the most elegant. I really appreciated their attention to detail and communication along the way.

I felt like there were plenty of questions to make sure I got what I wanted in the design before we did anything. Additionally, there were a few rainy days that slowed things down, but I was always "in the know" as to what they were going to try to do. I would certainly use them again and recommend them for similar projects.

I had topsoil delivered just now, I was told I was going to be the last delivery for the day, what a surprise that they arrived early in the afternoon. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was very respectful, gave me additional information for other projects I'll be working on. He did a great job - exactly where I wanted it, I would highly recommend Yard Market. They were referred to me by a neighbor and I am very thankful for the recommendation.

Purchased 7 cubic yards of their "Top Soil Blend." They claim "At Yard Market we screen our own topsoil." That is a complete lie. I received thousands of rocks, and hundreds of 3-8 inch large chunks of wood, Styrofoam, and other assorted objects. I called back but they put me on hold and never came back. I ended up using what I could for my lawn renovation but its almost completely unusable if you don't screen everything yourselves again. About the only thing good I can say about them is they delivered it within 18 hours of ordering it, but I wish I had gone elsewhere for "screened" topsoil. No chance I use them for my landscaping needs in the future.

Jake and his crew were top notch when installing our mulch. They re-mulched all the way around the perimeter of our house and our front yard mulch mound. They were timely, professional and their price was super reasonable. What I liked the most is they edged first to give everything a nice straight line and they were careful with our budding plants. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and they’re just plain old nice guys. Thank you Yard Market!

Do NOT order any bulk material from this company.

I ordered over 10 yards of top soil from this company and it was completely mixed with trash. When I let them know they acted like the “wind sometimes blows debris into the product before delivery”.

Stop trying to gaslight your customers and take responsibility for the terrible quality of your ”topsoil”.

What I received was unfiltered dirt with trash mixed in.

Definitely call and make sure they are open first! They change hours seasonally and don't actually post their new hours on their website or to update their info on Google when they do. Giant waste of customers' time by having them arrive to find a closed store when it says online they are open. Bothering to make sure the hours listed to the public actually match what they are doing is a small ask if you want people to actually spend their money with you.

Yard market has always been a favorite stop on my list to filling my yard with beautiful plants in the spring time. Unfortunately, the Rainwood location has run me off their property by how they treat their staff. I witnessed a man yelling and humiliating his staff because they weren't moving quickly enough! I was disgusted and ashamed that I hadn't said anything at the moment so here I am leaving a review .
Treat these people better!

Ordered 5 yards of screened topsoil. It was littered with huge chunks of wood, metal, nails and rocks. I had to build a sifter just to get all that out of my yard. I Probably pulled a yard of literal garbage out of the 5. The picture is what I removed.

They did an excellent job landscaping our yard and for a reasonable price!

The black mulch you laid down looks fantastic and your crew took great care of my plants while laying down all the mulch. I had something unexpectedly come up so I was not able to thank the gentlemen on their fantastic work, so I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Your care and hard work is so appreciated for making our yard look so beautiful!!!

They told me they would put it between the trees on the gravel where I wanted it and they did not. Very poor customer service. They’re supposed to call me before they dumped it. Never received a phone call. They dumped it in my driveway now I have to move it all to where it was supposed to go. I was gonna order more rock, but they said that they wouldn’t help me out with that price or come help move the Three-quarter inch fine that they dumped in the wrong place. I would use Maple 85 instead.

My wife and I purchased two trees in June of 2024. The trees were planted by Yard Market, and had a one year warranty. One of the trees did not survive the winter, so we called about having it looked at and possibly replaced. When we called, they said they had no record of our purchase. The young female was somewhat rude and absolutely no help in the matter. I finally was put in contact with Austin, who is a manager and was actually the individual who helped us during our initial purchase. I sent him a copy of our receipt, and he agreed to replace the tree in question. The tree was replaced this past June 2025, and we watered the tree as instructed. We have noticed the leaves have been turning brown on the edges, and are concerned that their is something wrong with this replacement tree. I contacted Austin with our concerns, and he responded that he would come look at it. I have not seen or heard from Austin or anyone else at the Yard Market concerning the tree, even after repeated calls and texts. I would never recommend that you take your business elsewhere, Poor customer service, poor communication. Extremely dissapointed!!

Tony and his team were outstanding! They spent the last 2 weeks working hard in the rain and heat. They provided insight on the ideas my husband had for his love for trees and created a beautiful front and backyard. Dozens of truck loads full of rock! Would highly recommend Tony and his team at Yard Market.

I visited Yard Market the check out in the selection. They have quite a lot is plants, trees, shrubs, landscaping materials and supplies etc. Unfortunately I didn't find whatI was wanting. staff were friendly and helped me and friend with picking up some plants. Don't forget to use Groupon which will get you almost 50% off on their plants.

We love our new patio. We had our colored stamped concrete patio done by Yard Market. We recommend working with Alex. He was easy to talk to, be understood and work out design ideas.

I’ve been a Yard Market customer for more years than I can remember. I’ve used their services for 3 homes I’ve owned.

This year I requested aerating and overseeding with Alex. It was a terrible experience with this person that lead to me to speak to the owner of the company Mike. From this experience I will never use Yard Market again.

I requested a rearing and overseeding and the quote was $220. Once I received the quote from Alex I requested a phone call to discuss why the price is so high. He said aerating and double overseeding. Then he quoted just aerating was $95 so I said let’s just do aerating and I have the seed I purchased from grass pad so I will do the seeding myself. He said they would come between Friday- Wednesday. I sent a text to Alex on Tuesday night to reconfirm when they were coming to aerate and overseed. I made the mistake of adding over seeding in the text (although we agreed to do only aerating). Needless to say I received a bill for $220. I tried to discuss through email and over the phone with Alex, an assistant manager at their store and the owner Mike. At the end of the process with them I am stuck paying $220 and they lost a customer. I didn’t feel important to any one of the employees that I dealt with.

We bought a tree from Yard Market. They gave us good advice on what tree to buy. The price was very reasonable. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. The 2 guys who planted the tree were so considerate and polite. They answered all my questions. Cleaned up after the planting. Great experience.

We just had a landscaping project done with Yard Market and are so pleased with the results. Tony was very quick with responding with a quote for the project and was great to work with. I gave him my ideas for what I wanted, he came up with a design, then we met him at the nursery to look at the plants. He worked with us to change parts of the design I didn't like and added some different plants and then they were able to start the project the next week. The crew was fantastic and did a great job with the work. Price wise it was less expensive than some other places we looked at and we are so happy with the project! Would highly recommend Yard Market for residential landscaping!
