Dan installed our sprinklers 2 years ago and we were very satisfied with both his price and work. He did a great job. We appreciate his availability to turn on and shut off seasonally.

Dan charged for repair of broken head during warranty, along with many other necessary adjustments. So much for warranty of parts, labor and 100% coverage. Sent me to collections. Also took cash under table avoiding taxes.
CAUTION...

I had Ground Control Irrigation install an irrigation system for my yard. I worked with Dan. He was easy to work with, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. They did the install in half a day and did a great job.

Used this company for 2 years. Reasonably priced but please get your scheduling down. I was given a 6.5 hour window-absurd. My sprinklers got stuck on the day after opening & he did not seem to care kept saying "I don't know what the schedule looks like for today. I have 1 appointment next week" (the day I had landscaping coming) so I turned it down. No one ever left a message to set up a for sure date/time to fix this so I had to call another company.

I have used their services for approximately 4 years with Kevin. When Kevin left it changed dramatically. Dan the owner tried charging me two service calls at $85 dollars each simply because the first younger tech had no idea how to fix the problem and required Dan to come out. We agreed on splitting the cost for the second visit. He tried saying the valve box replacement was north of $1200. I made one other call to a different company where they said the exact same fix was $500. He then sent me to collections even though I have a text message saying I owed sub $300 and then the collections amount was almost $500. Please shop elsewhere

I ordered over 10 yards of “topsoil” from this company and what they delivered was filled with trash like plastic, paper, and glass. Not just a little bit but mixed throughout the entire material.

I can tell by their response that this wasn’t a fluke. They aren’t taking responsibility for the quality of what they delivered and are trying to act like the wind blew all that trash randomly into this large pile of dirt and mixed it all up.

I stopped in the Yard Market this evening with my baby (in a stroller) and toddler to grab a few (14+ flowers/herbs later) flowers, greenery and herbs so I didn’t have to stop in the morning and all I can say is I’ve never received better and more helpful customer service ever. I always think running in places with both of my daughters will be an easy task (it’s not) and both the young guys who helped me were just so amazing. One of them walked with me and helped me pick things out and held them and then they even helped carry them out. Not to mention, their selection is the best I have seen all year. Everything is in nearly perfect condition. I will only go here from now on!

Ordered 12 yards of 'screened topsoil' and received a new landfill instead! I guess they misunderstood and thought I wanted to start an archaeological dig in my backyard. If you're looking for a collection of rocks, sticks, and mystery debris, this is your go-to company. On the bright side, I now have enough trash to start my own recycling center. Thanks for the surprise, but next time I'll pass on the 'bonus' materials!

This is for the semi truck deliveries for the 7116 IRVINGTON RD location. At that yard market, make sure to swing wide as always, they want you to pull in and then turn right then back up into their gravel that’s in front of their building, will include pictures for you, it will make sense when you get here. Also make note to back up enough to not block their driveway.
