I purchased a limelight hydrangea tree 2 years ago from Robert's. I noticed many leaves turning yellow. I called to see if I could speak to the associate that handles trees. I wondered if there was a treatment I could purchase. I was told he would call me. No response after a couple days. I called the Yard Market which responded immediately.

Robert's took great care of our yard at our former home and will continue to do so at our new home. We have used their fertilization, mowing, seasonal lawn care and landscaping. Their staff has always answered my questions and responded in a timely fashion. I love shopping for my plants at the nursery too! Very friendly staff and great company! Highly recommended!

Bought about $1,200 worth of plants last year telling us that they carried a 12 month warranty. Quite a few varieties did not come back or have severely struggled and do not look good with the rest of the landscaping. We reached out the first time and they told us to try to replant parts of the plants that were doing decent to see if they’d take in the dead areas (they did not). We then called and they told us to bring pictures in with the receipt. Upon talking to the person inside they told us it only has a 6 month warranty period. Pretty messed up.

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. Robert's customer service exceeded expectations! We had landscape work done. Everything was perfect. All of the people we dealt, from the designer, to the workers and the office staff with were fantastic. Great attention to detail. Respectful hard workers who were knowledgeable and were pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Robert's Nursery. I suggest you ignore the negative reviews.

I love Robert's Nursery! The plant and tree selection is top notch and the customer service is great!! The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The personal attention makes this place special. I am also pleased with the way the crew treats my property, whether they are planting trees or providing lawn service, the job is well done, start to finish.

Working with Kris M. and team at Robert's was an absolute pleasure! So refreshing to run across a business that cares and takes pride in their work and reputation. They were unknown to us, just found them on the web, so we were taking a chance on a big job. From the initial meeting to beyond the project (plant questions I had after the job was done) I was dealing with a professional who was TOP NOTCH in communication, customer service, responsiveness, timeliness, project design and execution, quality, frugality working with existing plantings, and respect for our property and for US! I will recommend Robert's to anyone without hesitation.

The front of my house needed something to spice it up. Roberts Nursery did an incredible job. I left everything up to them and the variety of plants they planted looks so good. They know what they are doing! No messing around with this company. They came over and did there job and no sluffing off. I would definitely use them again!!

I can’t say enough nice things and hit them all! Walking into shop I felt like I was the only customer being helped. There customer service is spot on! They listened to “ME”, didn’t throw just any old tree/shrub for me to choose from. The guys that came to plant (sorry I drove you nuts) answered questions, gave input, made certain that they were placing trees to my liking! Cleaned up everywhere (even street). Thank you Jeff (Luigi) and Mario! I wouldn’t want any one else to do my planting. I’ll only shop Roberts (come Spring I’ll be buying out your flowers!

Highly highly recommend Robert's! We worked with Kris and he was reasonable, honest and caring. We called Robert's after seeing their beautiful work in another back yard. The landscape workers were so thoughtful and respectful of our home. We are having them back next year to do the front yard. Pricing is very fair. Design work is top notch as well! So impressive!!

Bob and his team recently finished an overhaul of our yard. They did excellent work, communicating well, and delivered a beautiful finished product. In addition to the appearance they helped address some drainage concerns and helped us fully understand what they were doing and why they did it that way. Highly recommend these guys for your next yard project.

I’ve worked with Robert’s Nursery for years. All of my interactions with Bob, and his team, start with honesty and integrity and have concluded with us being happy customers who choose only to work with this organization. All of the team members who have done work at our residence have been masters at their craft, and we couldn’t be more happy that we chose Robert’s Nursery!

I really enjoyed my first home landscaping job with Chris and the guys at Roberts Nursery. I provided a few inspiration pictures and they brought it to life. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate my ever-changing requests on flower and tree types (VERY last minute, multiple times) and gave informed suggestions when I asked. We had some 50+ year old bushes that were really killing our curb appeal (picture included) that we could not have removed on our own but the guys made it look easy. All of the plants have also survived the crazy storm that just happened, and when everything is full grown it will look amazing. Before and After pictures say it all!

We used Roberts Nursery for landscaping and lawn at our house this last year. They were very responsive, and made significant improvements in how our yard and landscaping looked in just one year. We’re now going to have them help us with landscaping at our office as well. I’ve been so impressed with Bob and his team. I appreciate that they’re locally owned and operated, and their customer service matches they’re high quality work!

We had AJ's install a paver patio and bubbler fountain feature at our new house about a year ago. They did a great job. I was impressed with how fast they worked and the politeness and friendliness of their workers. We have really enjoyed our new patio with the fountain. Also, we had a couple other companies bid on the project, and AJ's was very competitive in price, much cheaper than one company whose ads you hear a lot on the radio this time of year. We plan on using them again for other projects down the road.

We had 2 french drains put in along the sides of our house because we had soggy, muddy side yards. AJ's team who installed our drains was fantastic! From the estimate to starting the project, everything was thoroughly explained and all of our questions answered. They worked quickly and knocked it out in a day and a half in awful heat and then rain. Just a great crew and great job. I'll for sure use them again for future landscaping projects. Yay for no more soggy, muddy side yards!
