Strongly do not recommend. I have been a homeowner for 37 years and Tritz is the worst contractor I have ever had do work. Tritz put in a new hot water heater in for us. I won't blame them for us being without hot water for 20 days because they say that was the 2-10 warranty company. HOWEVER I will say that the installer left a HUGE mess in my basement bathroom. There was nasty, dirty, rusty residue left all over the floor and shower. He left old parts in the shower that were nasty and rusty. He broke the faucet in my other bathroom after we told him it was tricky and offered to turn it on. I nearly threw up from the mess that the installer left it was SO disgusting. In my opinion they owe me a 500 dollar cleaning fee. UPDATE Tritz sends the same guy who broke the faucet out to fix it. He denied breaking it. Said it just needed to be be tightened up. But it worked fine until he tried to turn it on. It works now.

Kevin did a fine job clearing a major plug in our drain line. It was a pleasure doing business with the staff at Tritz, they responded promptly to our predicament, and the pricing was reasonable.

Can’t say enough positive things about this company. Techs are great, customer service is great, billing practices are great. We’ve used them for large and small plumbing projects/needs. Have and will continue to highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

I've had Tritz Plumbing Inc do repairs at my house twice now. The first time to replace a ball valve shut off and copper piping to my sprinkler system. The second to fix a basement toilet base leak. In both instances the plumber was great. He was punctual, quick, professional and extremely reasonable. The first repair was $164, the second $128. He probably could have scammed me on the toilet repair with a lot more than needed to be done, but he did not. He showed me that he was a man of honorable character, someone who could be trusted to make the proper repair. I highly recommend Tritz Plumbing.

I had a horrible experience with the technician and when I called to try and explain the owner was in my opinion condescending and rude. She sounded as if she planned to charge me a large amount of money that according to the city of Papillion will only be $50.00 and then what the plumber will charge to do a 20 minute job to change out a shutoff valve. Will no recommend them again.

Kate has given me quite a response so I am so glad the City of Papillion Works Dept. is helping guide this "unreasonable elderly lady" through this process correctly.

We live in the country on a well system & had a shower cartridge fail recently. Unfortunately, we had to shut the well off to the entire house as the bathtub ran constantly when the well was on. Tritz sent a technician the next day at 9am and fixed the issue. My wife & I were very pleased with Tritz and will recommend them to our family & friends and use them again if we ever need plumbing services in the future.

Everyone we interacted with at Tritz was professional and courteous!
We purchased our water heater from HD and they arranged for Tritz to do the install. When Mark arrived, he discovered that installation would not be possible that day due to the connections and shut off valves (or lack of) in our house. He quickly explained what we needed to do, so he could replace our old water heater.
After contacting the city to locate the main water supply to our house, Mark returned a week later to complete the install.
All communication with Kate at their office was friendly and professional. At no point did anyone try to upsell us or make us feel like we didn't understand what was going on.
We truly CANNOT recommend Tritz enough!

This company was contracted by my countertop installation company to do the plumbing disconnect and reconnect. The disconnect portion was done fine. The day of the reconnect, I saw the plumber sitting a block away from our house just sitting in his van for at least 15 minutes, after he had already called us to commit to the time he would be at our house and this was past that agreed upon time. Then once at our house he was talked loudly on his phone the entire job with what seemed to be a personal call. We ended up with both the hot and cold water lines leaking significantly, as well as the brand new faucet. He had negative comments to say about the countertop company not hooking back up the dishwasher, they left the bracket for him but he claimed they are the ones that should be doing that part. Then after submitting the complaint with our main contractor for the leaking lines and faucet we were promised an appointment time for today between noon and 2. At 12:20 the office staff called to let us know our plumber was enroute and would be to our house in 40 minutes. After he was 20 minutes late, I called the office and they said they would check with him. We just now (1:40PM,) received a call from the plumber himself saying he was about 20 minutes away. Which would barely make that 12-2 window. However it's now 2:05 PM and he has not yet arrived. It's frustrating because they called with an actual arrival time so we could be prepared. I can't help but wonder if he knows the commitment time is between 12-2 so he figured he had extra time to "goof-off" and didn't have to be to our house until 2pm so he took his time getting here. Unfortunately that was the impression this plumber gives while he works. Not super serious about what he is doing. If you are coming back to correct a job that was done incorrectly the first time I would think you would want to do your absolute best in all aspects when given the 2nd chance to make things right and in this instance it's been the complete opposite. Definitely not impressed with the service, both customer service and plumbing services that we have received so far. I will be letting our main contractor know they should consider other subcontractors for future jobs.

Had a great experience with Tritz. Had some toilets replaced & plumbing re-done. I’ve had other companies in the past and I know for a fact that they tried to rip me off and upsell me. Tritz is different; these guys don’t up-sell. They are transparent and only do what’s needed. Honestly, they were down to earth, had great communication and a fair price. When they were done they tested everything out, answered any questions I had and cleaned up well. This is the best plumbing company I’ve dealt with thus far, and they are now my go to plumbing company.

I did like Tritz Plumbing until I did not. My first service w a plumbing repair person was great .His name was Tony. Professional ,friendly efficient & answered my questions comprehensively on a faucet installation in my kitchen. A + plus service. The bill was a bit high but I felt the service was so good I compromised my feelings re: the final bill. Note: Do not , absolutely do not do service w this company if they send out a repair person named Eric. Absolutely the worst customer service of my entire life w any company, store ,restaurant ,etc. This person should not at all be doing in home service . He was unhinged. Yelled , smarted off back when you have a question , loud abrasive ,bordering on abusive to the customer .Question whether this person wants to be a plumber? Five minutes in, I should have told this person to leave my home . I find out a month later my neighbor whom I tell me my Tritz experience she then says " Was his name Eric ?' A similar experience w her with this guy. . Either this plumber is bipolar or drugs but never in my entire life have I experienced a professional tradesperson yelling at a customer. No introduction ,no good bye , parks right up to my garage door , barely speaks ,when he does he yells back. Fix this Tritz before another customer isn't so forgiving and patient & reports this guy to BBB. Note : I have major pipe work that to needs to be done in my basement. Who do I hire ? Not sure ? But - this is a no brainer on who not to ? I won't be using Tritz. Ever again.

Tritz is awesome! We use them for all our plumbing needs - they're always able to come out quick and they get things fixed at a fraction of the price compared to some of the big wigs in town. Every tech guy that has come to our house is always willing to look at other problem areas and give helpful advice at no extra charge. They're a great local company that does great work, it's very obvious they care about their customers.

Tritz was hired as a subcontractor by my generator company to install the gas line for the generator. A young plumber and an apprentice showed up to do the work on Friday. They did their best but perhaps due to lacking experience, their best was a frustrating experience for us. They needed reminder to take their boots off when coming into the home, they cut drywall by ripping pieces out (so now I need to buy drywall for the restoration), they laid a pipe right above an egress window well cover so the cover would not open up, they left mess here and there and forgot to connect the grounding wire to the new gas line. None of these are horrible things and I would give them more than one star however, a couple of hours after they left the gas water heater (which is a six-month-old unit) turned itself off and would not re-lit. I called Tritz’ and left a message (on Friday 5:30pm) in their emergency voice mail box. I did it again Saturday at 8:30am as we were without hot water and we had company coming for the weekend. THEY NEVER RESPONDED to the emergency! I waited until Tuesday and called them asking them to come back and fix the grounding wire and for an explanation about the ignored emergency calls. They promised to fix the grounding wire (which they did next day) and promised to investigate the failed emergency response and let me know (I have not heard back from them).
In summary, they do an ok job with plumbing but do not expect them to be there when an emergency strikes. For me these garners not more than a single star.

I wish to thank the two plumbers who caught my run away dog, Charlie, last week. They were outside their truck and I asked them if they saw it. They did see it a half block away. and the three of us chased Charlie into a fenced back yard and as Charlie tried to run the fearless Fritz plumbers pinned him down caught him! Fritz Plumbing Cares!

We had 2 new bathroom faucets that needed to be installed. We were charged $645 just for the installation. They do not give estimates and the plumber cannot tell you how much the job costs. You can image our shock when we got the bill for such a small job.

I've used Tritz three times in the past and was happy with them, but today they charged me $90 for nothing. The power cable to my sump pump was leaking some kind of goo, so I called to have the pump evaluated and possibly replaced. Tritz came out, told me they've never seen anything like it, and left. No solution. One hour later, I get the invoice. Apparently they charge you even if they don't fix anything.

Keep that in mind. Tritz charges you just to look at your problem and do nothing.

I had a question about a bill and felt that it was taken care of with professionalism and fairness. The plumbing work was done well. I would definitely use these guys again.
