Austin and Tyler are superheroes! My basement toilet was flooding and come to find out part of the mechanism had broken, likely due to freezing. We keep the house cold, but I didn’t think we kept it that cold. Austin and Tyler showed up within 30 minutes of my call, did a thorough analysis and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed part. They went above and beyond in clean up and were both very kind and transparent about the plumbing failure. Highly recommend Major Drain and Austin and Tyler!

We used Major Drain when we experienced a sewage backup in our basement. We found out that the cast iron pipes under the floor had collapsed. We found Major Drain based off of their reviews on the Nextdoor app and Google reviews.

We required a full replacement of all the sewer pipes inside and partial outside. The work done outside was right in the middle of our landscaping, they were careful as they moved it all around and put it back better than our expectations. (They’re not landscapers, they’re plumbers)

Brad and his team were amazing to work with and kept us updated daily on where they were. Even the team in the house doing the mitigation and demolition complimented how great they were to work with as they were all in the basement trying to get their jobs done at the same time.

They will definitely be our first call if we have any plumbing needs in the future.

Our main line was backed up. I was able to call them on a Sunday and get them to come in the same day to fix it. They fixed it quickly and also noted where we had a leak somewhere.

We’ve used Major Drain a number of times and they have quickly become our favorite plumber. Their prices are very reasonable and they are transparent about pricing up front if something might take longer than anticipated. We have not had this same transparency from other businesses. They also have given us to referrals to other businesses who operate with the same approach - competitive pricing and transparency. They’ve always been very quick at getting to us at the inopportune times (late friday afternoon for example) that plumbing issues happen. They’re great.

We used Major Drain for the first time today. I’m really impressed with the work they did they went above and beyond what I expected. The work was top quality and it was done in a timely manner no lingering to jack up the price like other companies had done to me before. They quoted me a price before they began work and the final price was actually less than what I was quoted. Who’s ever had that experience before. I would highly recommend Major Drain to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

Had our floor drain back up in our basement. Called Major Drain and they had someone here within 15 minutes. Pricing was upfront and fair. Our service guy was super friendly and professional. He came and snaked our main drain and cleaned up after himself. They didn’t try to sell us anything or up charge us based on what was there. He gave the price for two hours and explained it could be broken down by 15 minute intervals for the second hour. He was in and done in less than an hour. Water was backing up in our daughter's basement. I called Major Drain and they were able to get someone over later the same day. Trent did a terrific job, clearing the main stack out to the street. He was careful with the heavy equipment and didn't make a mess. He's also a very nice guy. This isn't the first time we have used Major Drain, they are our go-to outfit.

Upstairs toilet was leaking onto top of drop ceiling above the toilet downstairs.
Ended up being a new wax ring and Adjustable Toilet Fill Valve. They were on time, professional, down home friendly, made a quick assessment of what needed to be done, left the bathroom as they found it, and charged a reasonable price for the job. This 5 star company is highly trustworthy and one I will continue to use for all my drain and plumbing needs in the future.

Thank you SO MUCH!  Your team is amazing, please let them know how much I appreciate their help!   The clunking noise I was having during the washing machine cycle has stopped after they replaced the water pressure valve that was apparently defective from first visit!!  Other companies could have easily just added a “water hammer-arrestor-thingy” & charged me for an unnecessary item, but your guys took the time to check and first try replacing the part from the original water heater visit while still under warranty  I’m so very grateful. The company was highly recommended in Yelp. I have a main line sewer clog between the first floor and the basement floor. All drains in basement work OK. All drains on the first floor are stopped up and not draining. The Major Drain workman arrived on scene and spent 75 minutes trying to run a snake through the blockage. He advised that he couldn't fix my problem and that I would need to get another company that was OSHA approved to get on my roof and clear the blockage through the sewer vent stack. As it turns out this company (MajorDrain) is not one of the ones that advertise that if they can't clean the drain, you don't owe them anything. My bill for the 75 minutes was about $200 and the clogged drain still exists and is waiting for the 2nd company to show up to work on the problem.

The guy fixing our clogged drain was super nice and talked to my husband the whole time! He couldn’t fix our shower, that has to be a different technician, but he took pictures for the tech so we could get an estimate and they could possibly get the parts before coming out, saving time for the next tech. Good teamwork!

Major Drain was recommended to me due the fairness of pricing and I became a bit frustrated once I received my invoice. The tech was friendly and the people I have spoken to have been friendly. However, I simply asked for a camera to be utilized to see if I had a break with one of my pipes. The tech installed the camera and the camera got stuck (within the first 20 min). The technician spent the next half hour trying to get the camera out and waited for another technician (who came about 30-40 minutes later) to come remove the camera from the pipe. The work I asked them to do would've been less than an hour but because the camera being stuck (due to the technician) they were there longer. they charged me for an additional hour almost doubling the price I was expecting to pay due to error on their technician. I don't think it is right to have the customer pay for an additional hour of service due to equipment getting stuck because of the technician. Friendly people and positive interactions just disappointed in the charging customer for technician issues and error.

I called Major Drain to find the source of a dripping sound I have been hearing when I am in my basement under my kitchen. I dreaded the effort to locate and the mess to fix. The gentleman who came could find no water damage and suggested that it was the sound of tile flexing from the weight of my footed kitchen cabinets on the tiled floor. That explained both the randomness of the sound and location. I was so relieved. And the fee was their $50 Basic Service Call (drain was not ran but problem was solved or identified). I have used Major Drain for drain cleaning and was so impressed that I gave my son their name after he had called Burton only to spend 2 hours with a plumber? who was unable to clean the drain and spent his time trying to upsell. My son called Major Drain and they had their drain cleared within 15 minutes.

My technician, Sean, was able to address and resolve my floor drains the same day I called. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done, explained the cost involved, and about how long the procedure would take. Courteous and professional throughout my experience.

Very reasonable price. Trent is so respectful and an honest worker. He made sure he got my work done in an hour's time he did not try to run the clock on me. Because I had to pay by the hour. I really appreciate it that. Anything really good job and he cleaned up behind himself. Most people don't do that. I saved the number on my phone.
