Trent was polite, professional, and fast. MD also beat the first estimate by 75%... yes, They did the job for 1/4 of the competitors estimate.

We have used Major Drain in the past and their high quality service continued with their recent visit. Coming home to a plumbing issue following out patient surgery for my husband nearly made an extra dose of high blood pressure medicine necessary. A quick call resulting in a service time in two hours was a relief. Then there was a bonus with a follow-up call saying a tech was on the way. Our tech - I am embarrassed not to remember his name - quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in one hour. He was very efficient, pleasant and courteous and explained the problem easily. We highly recommend Major Drain.

The business was very nice very nice when the shore guy came out I think with this 20 years experience he should have known that his big cutting blade was too big for the pipe when he changed it then it went right through I think he could have got done in 1 hour because I had everything ready I understand you guys need to make money but I just think $180 would have been plenty

I believe Nate was the Tech who came to take care of my clogged floor drain. When he showed up he was super friendly and listened to everything I said and diagnosed my issue pretty quickly and got right to work. He did a really thorough job and even gave me tips for regular maintenance. He also cleaned up the work area and left it as if there was never a problem to begin with. Side bonus.. it was nice to have a male tech acknowledge that I knew the layout of my plumbing to tell him what I thought was wrong and be correct. I %100 recommend this company and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Had 3 clogged toilets at our business. came out same day and got them working. Tech was great. nice job all around

Came home with a load of groceries to find a horrible smell and a disgusting mess on utility room floor. Couldn't find the name and number of the plumber we used two years ago (a blessing in disguise), so I called our neighbors (local contractor) for a recommendation. He didn't hesitate when I told him we had drain problems, "call Major Drain, they're who I depend on". So, I called and explained our situation to Jane, who assured me they would take care of us as quickly as possible. Within a half hour Matt called us to say he was on the way. Hour and a half later and huge glob of tree roots were in the trash; basement was cleaned up, drains were working great, and we were back to getting ready for some football. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do I have their number on the wall and programmed in all phones. Right equipment (120-foot snake), right people (Jane and Matt), and great customer service.

Tech came within the appointment window. We needed a kitchen drain unplugged. He was very conscientious, took care in removing items under the sink, explained the need for some new piping, and cleaned everything up when he left. That was wonderful. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of help!

I had a leak from the bottom of my garbage disposal. They let me know on the phone that likely meant they would need to replace the disposal. They came same day as I called and quoted and replaced quickly. Reasonably priced and good service. I would use them again.

The technician was here on time actually was early. He took the time to give me a estimate and what the charges would be. He was extremely polite which I appreciated. Major drain will definitely be my go to from now on.

Had my main backup on me Wednesday night , called major drain Thursday AM and they came out at 10am and Jaime was my technician and did a great job and didn’t mess around trying to run up hours ! Water rising from floor drain in my basement. They were there within the hour. Fixed the problem and let me know what the issues were going forward. I would certainly recommend them. Quick response, professional and very knowledgeable.

Major Drain is the only number I keep for drain issues. Sean is experienced, fair and bills like a human being, not a thief. If you get your wallet cleaned out by roto rooter or burton or omaha drain it's your own fault. I warned you.

Same day service - I called a few minutes after they opened at 9 and had a member of their team at my house by 9:30. They repaired a clogged laundry sink quickly. Professional staff ( the only plumbing service who had an actual person answering the phone).

I've used Major Drain on several of my investment properties. They are always prompt and courteous. I recently bought a property with a sewer line that needed to be replaced from the house out to the sewer across the street. They completed the job very fast and for a very reasonable price. I will continue to call on Major Drain and feel very confident in recommending them to others.

Major Drain The people were very friendly, very easy to work with. Very accommodating. I felt that the price was reasonable and the plumber gave me some suggestions on how to avoid this particular problem in the future since I have other water lines with the same shut off valve, and that is what caused my problem.
