So we had another unexpected need for plumbing services on 8/8/25. Based on the outstanding service received on a plumbing issue at our house a week earlier, we turned to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery Heath. Avery is one-of-a- kind! He arrived on time, listened to our plumbing issue and set about researching and working to resolve our issue. Tirelessly for multiple hours he stayed focused and resolute to resolve our issue. We're pleased to report that Avery was successful in resolving the issue. His professional demeanor and "can do" commitment to excellence is a wonderful trait! We'll look to him and Ben Franklin plumbing for our next plumbing project.

When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative!

It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.

Preston was awesome and flushed our hot water heater and inspected the plumbing of our house. Super knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

Being new to the area and in need of a plumber, we were hesitant on who we might find. We chose Benjamin Franklin because of their excellent Google reviews and rating. After experiencing their service first hand I can say this company definitely lives up to those ratings (and beyond). Joshua Haston came out and not only fixed the problem quickly but was so friendly and very transparent with what he was going to do, what would be next if that didn’t work, and what the price would be for each step. He did an excellent job fixing the issue, then went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Awesome! Matthew first assessed the faucet, strainers and cap we had bought and said we had everything he needed and proceeded to work! He was neat, conscientious, thorough and friendly. He was great - thank you!!!

Had a small leak coming out of the base of my toilet. I assumed we needed a new wax seal which we have probably replaced three times over the last 12 years that we've owned this house. Called Benjamin Franklin. First time I've ever had them out and they quote us $540 to replace the wax seal. I found that the most absurd pricing ever. I will obviously not be using them and looking around for more realistic fix. And yay they still charged me $79.99 just to come out waste my time. Also, weird that all their texts refer me to use McCarthy's HVAC system and their texts assume that I'm getting HVAC work done. This company doesn't seem transparent or trustworthy to me. But the actual technician that came out was a gem. Very honest and very helpful.

Just had a new water heater installed. David did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable & professional. Extremely pleased with everything.

I've never lost faith in a company as fast as I did with ole' Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We had a minor leak coming from the base of one of our toilets. Plumber comes (very nice guy, btw), but he doesn't even take the toilet off the floor to really check to see what's wrong with it. He tells me this -- "Before taking things apart, I wanted to show you the price that my handheld computer is saying.. Which is $549." I almost spit out my coffee right then! Even the plumber thought the price was outrageous, and that was why he stopped to tell me before continuing. I thanked him for informing me and said that we could not afford that price. He totally understood, and then he said, "I will need $80 for coming out here". Oy vey! ...seriously?! I understand a fee, but that's a bit high considering all that they did was enter their guess (actually, they entered what I believed was wrong with it, and they agreed w/ me) into their handheld device, and told me the denomination that popped up. $80 bucks for six minutes of "work", ain't that the life! ....Well, we did have another company come out, and the problem was that we needed a new wax seal. They fixed it, and we paid $200. Zero exaggeration. I'd find multiple quotes before ever finalizing something with Benjamin Franklin. Lastly, I can't wait to read the AI-generated response I get! PS: Ben Franklin was a slave owner.

Avery and Andrew were here on time, acted respectfully and did a great job fixing a problem we had lived with for too long. We would fully recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

We had several sewage backups over Christmas, including while we had a house full of company. David Allen arrived quickly due to our emergency situations and fixed each issue, even working with the office to get us the best prices possible. He was knowledgable, sympathetic, and kept us informed. Highly recommend.

On 2/23/26 Mr. Andrew Logan delivered salt to put into the water softener. He arrived within the scheduled time frame and delivered the salt. However, Mr. Logan was unable to turn off the flashing red light on the panel and reset the softener. He did try several times and contacted other technicians for additional assistance, but to no avail. I was charged and paid $282.00 for this service, which is excessive. The visit ended with a future appointment scheduled for 2/26/26 with Mr. Avery Heath to correct the situation. I want to note that Mr. Logan was extremely helpful. He was very professional and understood my frustration not only with the non-functional water softener but also the ridiculously high charge for the service.

As scheduled, Mr. Avery Heath arrived promptly on 2/26/26 to rectify the issue. He patiently listened to my earlier dissatisfaction with the water softener and the $282.00 charge. I also expressed to Mr. Heath that my experience should in no way reflect poorly on Mr. Logan who provided good customer service. It was my understanding that Mr. Heath has specialized expertise with water softeners which he demonstrated when he proceeded to correct the problem with the equipment. He further provided assistance when he contacted his office and was able to reduce the $282.00 charge to $100.00 which is far more reasonable. Mr. Avery also made a couple of suggestions to help me with the future purchase and delivery of salt for the softener. He is very resourceful. Needless to say, his professionalism, kindness and commitment to great service was so appreciated. Products that McCarthy and Ben Franklin provide are not unique to this area. Heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services are widely available in the Omaha area It's your PEOPLE...like Avery Heath and Andrew Logan...that make the difference and deserve to acknowledged and appreciated!!

I have had several wonderful interactions with gentlemen from this company. Cody, Jesse, and Chris have all been extra polite, aware of their surroundings and being respectful of my property, and clear about the repair process we are about to undertake together. Although my plumbing project is messy because my house is old, I have every confidence that the project will be done right the first time.

Jeremy was great! He got my bathtub drain unclogged and also my bathroom sinks. He also let me know about a product I can get on Amazon to help prevent clogs in the future. I was able to get an appointment the very next day when I called. Plumbrite will be my new plumber.

Their team came out and replaced two faucets the same day I reached out for an appointment. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and I would definitely use them again.

Jeremy was fast and thorough in completing his work while providing me a great deal financially. He also arrived right on time which was VERY appreciated! You should use Plumbrite for any issues because otherwise you’ll be getting screwed over.

Jake is amazing! Very timely and punctual and friendly. I built a grooming salon in my basement and I had a very tight timeline on when it needed to be done. He came out and installed what I needed and got my salon up and running!

Ray was AMAZING!! I called with a plumbing emergency, he came out rather quickly and was straight with me. He stayed with us into the evening getting everything situated and making us feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

Jake was fantastic! He was efficient, friendly, and explained everything as he went. Living in an old house plumbing is never fun, but Jake offered every solution possible, explained the pros and cons of each, as well as the costs. Would recommend to anyone!

Ray was phenomenal, super informative and got the job done quickly. Affordable pricing as well. I called around 10 and Ray showed up to fix our problem within two hours same day and was upfront about what the issues could be. Highly recommend and will be using them again if we ever have a problem.

Shaun, Christean, and Damion did a fantastic job getting my sewer line open and inspected. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, and did not try to sell me services that I did not need. PlumbRite is who I will call every time from here on out!
