Jake Kruse came out and handled the plumbing for our entire house. Was able to handle it quickly within two days and even took care of a few other hazards he noticed that I didn’t. Highly recommend requesting him.

They did a great job. Matt and Cole worked our job and they were great! Edmund and his partner did the cement work and it looks great. Ray kept us informed of the process and the office staff also had good communication! Everyone did a great job in cleanup! Would recommend them!!

Adrian did an outstanding job with my water heater. He tried everything possible to repair it before recommending a replacement, and I really appreciated the honesty and effort. He walked me through every step, explained the options clearly, and got the new unit installed quickly and professionally. Super respectful, reliable, and skilled. PlumbRite did a great job. Another company could not unclog a sink. They still charged full price. I called PlumbRite and the gal at the office listened and said they'd explain the options onsite at no charge. Damion Doebelin was the tech they sent out. He explained the options. We agreed. Then he got to work and got the job done quickly. I was so impressed that I showed him another area that was showing signs of a problem. He agreed and explained those options. We agreed. Then he got to work and got that job done quickly too. He handled two items successfully in less time than the other company couldn't handle one item. Damion did a great job. I saved his card. Great experience with PlumbRite, from scheduling to resolution! Our shower handle and template broke leaving the wall exposed. I was able to call Allison and schedule quickly for the next morning; she was very kind and patient. Jake Kruse did the replacement work and he was great! He was prompt, professional, and transparent. Work was done quickly and efficiently; made sure no leaking within the bathroom and below to the garage. He also walked through options and potential fixes needed moving forward. Highly recommend!

Jake Cruz was very helpful and answered all my questions in detail. My kitchen faucet was old and in need of replacement. They provided estimates for all the plumbing repairs I inquired about and even monthly payment options which is so important in today’s economy!

I had an excellent experience with PlumbRite. They were actually my second option—after the first company came out, barely explained anything, and didn’t even make a real effort to unclog my pipes. Damion was the complete opposite. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, clearly explained the issues, and showed me how they could be corrected. He offered multiple affordable pricing options and even let me know about their financing plans. He truly went above and beyond. Overall, a great company with outstanding service. Highly recommend!

PlumbRite has been amazing to work with! Ray came out and took care of business so smoothly! Originally had a hole on the pipe to replace and it ended up being a bigger problem down the line! He got a crew out quickly and showed us all of the repairs in detail. Would highly recommend for any plumbing repairs, especially sewer line!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We called because our bathtub was leaking. Almost $8000 and 4 visits later it has still not been fixed. Here is what was fixed for $8000: a new one/off valve for the water main, a new valve on water heater, but it is still leaking, bedroom shower got a new handle. The main leak we called for is STILL not fixed. It has been months and they can’t/ won’t resolve it. I will steer everyone I know against this company for their outrageous prices and inability to fix the issue they were called for. At this point, I simply want a refund for incomplete work. I will have to find a different company to help me.

Damion did an exceptional job keeping me updated on my basement plumbing. He looped me in on options and was extremely informative about next steps. 10/10 person to have on your crew. We had a clogged sink and reached out for same day help. Jesse was here in the time he stated and fixed our clog quickly and efficiently. Jesse was very nice and professional. We will definitely be using them again.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They're technician Christian was professional and helped me with questions that I had. He turned a major project into a small one saving me hundreds of dollars. I would recommend and I'll be coming back to them for my plumbing needs.

Was having plumbing isses and wanted to replace sewer line. Ray came out and camered everthing and marked everything. Was transperant about pricing and work tonbe done. 2 days latter a crew came out to do it. Just had ray cole and matt out here to have main line replaced from house to street. Great crew. Got it done in 1 day! Left everything as if they weren't here! Would highly recommend!

Damion forgot to put back my water softener hose. Shortly after, my water softener purged and now my basement is flooded. After calling plumbrite back, they sent a mitigation guy over and told me that I would have to file an insurance claim with my insurance and I could hire the mitigator for $7,000 to fix my flooring. Plumbrite is not an option I would go with and if you do. Do not sign any of the paperwork at the end without having a 2nd plumbing company look at their repairs. Once you sign they are released from any liability after the fact. Even if it was an honest mistake. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. This is not an Honest company.

I highly recommend Ray!! He was very professional and he found exactly what was wrong. I had 2 other people before him come out and I spent $1500 and they didn't fix the issue! I was leery (and poor lol) but Ray went right to the issue! He explained throughly, showed me what was going on and opened my sad, old looking cast iron pipes back up, so that I could wash dishes in my kitchen once again. Soon, they will be rerouting new pipes so perhaps I will have another positive review once that work has also been completed :) stay tuned!

We called Plumbrite because we purchased quartz countertops in our master bathroom and we needed a plumber to remove two of our old bathroom faucets and drains and install two new faucets and drains. They sent Jordan. Jordan came out gave us an estimate and removed the old faucets and drains on Thursday, and came back Friday and installed the new faucets and drains; he even installed new supply lines-- he did an excellent job! He was very professional and his work is exquisite!

Now they're a little pricey, they're definitely not cheap! But, my Momma always told me that you get what you pay for!

I will definitely use Plumbrite again and if you want good quality work, you'll use them too! Make sure you ask for Jordan-- he's the bomb.com!
