Called Plumbrite for a gasline concern. Christian came out within an hour and a half. Was very kind, gave me reassurance on the concerns we were having, and answered all questions I had. Definitely appreciated his service and thorough explanation as a new homeowner. Would recommend!

Called at 9am and drains cleared by 3pm the same day! Ray was very thorough with explaining what the process was and he was quick to fix it. He also helped troubleshoot another area while there. Happy to give 5 stars!

We have a tankless water heater. The condensation pipe was deteriorated and leaking. I made an appt and said exactly this and the pipe just needed to be replaced on the phone. An appt was made 9-12 yesterday. 12:07 and no one so I called saying I had to leave. They apologized and said he was running behind. Ok so why no call? I didn’t say anything but that is ok and we scheduled today. Plumber came out today and seemed surprised by the issue he kept asking about the water heater. I am like it is fine. Then he asked the age of it. I said like 6 yrs old. So I guess the last plumber put a copper line on the condensation line and it wasn’t supposed to be. It was supposed to be cpvc. He went to his truck and came back with a quote of $467!!!! I am not dumb. I have done a lot of projects on my own despite the fact I am a woman. I know it is like $10 of material and a 30 min project at most. I told him I would check with my husband. Not because I actually needed to check with my husband but just so he would leave. He made it sound like he saved me because he wasn’t replacing the water heater. I never said anything was wrong with the water heater. I really think if it was older he would have told me it needed to be replaced so he could upsell. $467???? That’s crazy. I will do it my own self, woman and all. I only called a plumber because I have a really busy schedule right now but I will make the time. I can afford it, but I just felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will never call them again.

Excellent service, we had an issue with our water heater and we got a tech to come by in 30m after we called. Christian explained and troubleshooted the water heater, and answers all our questions. What I liked about PlumRite is their flat fee business model, not like the other ones start at outrageous fees just to come in the door. Thank you Christian!

He answered my questions, called when he was on his way, arrived on time & made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left, leaving me his business card so I could contact him if something went wrong - guaranteeing his work. Jake Kruse was great. Plumbrite was able to come out same day and get us taken care of. They also cleaned up after themselves which other plumbers have not done.

I had an excellent experience with PlumbRite Plumbing Services. Jake Kruse came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue (a faulty PRV), and replaced the unit efficiently. Even after a previous adjustment attempt, he took the time to explain exactly what was happening, why the noise persisted, and how the replacement would fix it.

Jake was very professional, easy to talk to, and did a great job walking me through the problem and the repair process.
