When I tried to clean it, the tank ended up emptying all over the bathroom floor. I called the plumbing company the same week, and they sent someone out that day to help. The office staff who set up my toilet replacement were really helpful and answered all my questions, no matter how many I had. Derek, the plumber who came to my house, was fantastic! He knew exactly what he was doing, clearly explained the cost, and gave me great advice about the new toilet and how everything works. I’ve worked with a couple of plumbers before, but this experience was definitely the best. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing job!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Omaha Emergency Neighborhood Plumbers. For a long time, our second floor bathroom plumbing wasn’t working right and kept getting worse. We had other plumbers come out before and charge us hundreds of dollars for repairs that didn’t solve anything. Some even said we needed to replace major parts, which just didn’t sound right to me. When Nolan from this company arrived, he quickly figured out the real problem as soon as he walked in. He fixed everything in just a few minutes. Since then, our plumbing has been working perfectly. I feel confident knowing I’ve found a trustworthy and skilled plumber for any future needs. Overall, I found them to be professional, honest, quick, and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone in Omaha who needs plumbing work done.

As landlords, we recently had an urgent plumbing situation at our rental property. It was late in the evening on Labor Day, just after our new tenants had moved in. While finishing up renovations, we realized the previous owner had set the water pressure much lower than it should have been. Wanting to make sure our tenants had good water pressure, we adjusted the pump to the proper setting. Not long after, disaster struck—one pipe sheared off, another burst, and a third was about to give way, with water spraying everywhere in the basement and pipes starting to sweat. We quickly shut off the water and started calling around, but most plumbers weren’t available to help. Luckily, when we reached out to this plumbing company, Roger got back to us quickly. It turned out another plumber had already sent him pictures asking for his expert opinion, which showed how knowledgeable and respected he is in the plumbing community. Roger knew exactly what needed to be done and brought all the right parts with him. He arrived fast, explained everything clearly, and kept us in the loop the whole time. He not only fixed the immediate leaks but also noticed and repaired a few other pipes that could have caused problems soon. The price was very reasonable, especially for such quality work and quick response. We’re extremely happy with the service and will definitely use this company for all our future plumbing needs. Avery showed up on time, as scheduled. He was prompt and professional, honestly once he was downstairs working I hardly knew he was there. He showed me the pipe that had split and explained what the repair would look like, then fixed it. Price was fair in my opinion. Would absolutely recommend!

Avery was simply amazing. The task of replacing our ancient water heater was pretty cumbersome, but he was diligent to see the job through and was a pleasure to interact with throughout the entirety of his time here! On time arrival and service was completed in timely manner. Our tech Avery explained everything and answered my many questions. I call them every time we have an issue.

On June 3, 2024, Avery came out to assess the feasibility of replacing an existing very old water filter, that was installed backwards by previous owners. He gave me excellent advice at what my options were, and I appreciate that very much in making decisions going forward.

On March 19th, 2024, Avery came out and replaced my kitchen faucet. He is a very pleasant guy that does a good job, all the while making you feel completely covered, for whatever the job entails. He is also very observant, which not all workers have that quality.

On Feb 13th, 2024 Avery came out to my home for the yearly plumbing check. He has been here before and again it was enjoyable having him here. Not only did he do a thorough plumbing check, he gave me ideas and suggestions about things pertaining to the water heater and kitchen faucet. And not only that (!!!l), he also taped up the 2 openings he observed in my duct work! He is a very easy person to talk to and he explains things in a way that is easy to understand.

He was friendly and knowledgeable. He presented options —which is always good. He arrived on time and was professional. Our new toilet install looks great. (Can you say that about a toilet?)

Avery is amazing, he is so friendly and explains everything so well so there are no surprises, He really makes you feel like a valued customer.

My issue turned out not to be a plumbing issue, but Avery was still very helpful in in directing me to the right resources. He was also able to forward a phone video of the pipes under the stained ceiling tiles to show that this is not a leaky pipe issue. i was very grateful for that!

Avery from Ben Franklin came to help us determine if our toilet seal was leaking. I was glad to see him again as he also put in our water heater! Avery is very polite and sincerely kind. He spent time to do a thorough look everywhere to find a leak, but thankfully there wasn't one. He then took time to check on the water heater--a total professional taking pride in his work, which I appreciate! We were very pleased with Ben Franklin's work and of course, Avery's! Thank you.

Avery is always helpful, friendly & professional. Enjoyed chatting with him & about the task at hand. Just him being himself puts you at ease while being in your home. At the end he asked if there was anything else he could do & even though he wasn't here for the furnace, he changed my air filter for me... it was one of those little more complicated ones, not like most of the older filters... this one wasn't quite as simple, so it was a nice extra service!
