Amy and her crew at Rooted Tree Specialists are our go-to for all things trees. Amy and Sarah have been wonderful to communicate with regarding concerns big and small and provide treatment plans I am comfortable with. The crew leaves the area spotless after treatments and trimming. We recently purchased a new home and Amy personally called me a couple of times to discuss concerns we had about trees in our new yard and provided options for treatment. She even followed up with a handwritten thank you note! The personal service is hard to beat with Rooted Tree Specialists. I highly recommend them.

Rooted did an awesome job of getting the trees downed and cleaned up in a fast and safe way. I would highly recommend them over other tree services because of their friendliness and taking the time to explain exactly what’s involved in the cleanup and such.

After a severe storm on a Saturday night caused our 10 year old tree to tip over I frantically called and left messages at as many places as I could. Thankfully Amy and her incredible team were the first to call me back on a Sunday morning.

As if Amy coming out on a Sunday wasn’t impressive enough, she was incredibly polite, explained what need to be done to remove the tree, and provided us options for the stump. She really took the time to put us at ease even though she had many more appointments after us. Within five days the tree was gone, stump ground down, and nothing but perfectly cleaned up yard was left.

Amy and team did such great work, we are hoping that we can have them come back to plant a new tree and do some landscaping as well.

Team was great, respectful of property and did a complete cleanup of any branches. My 50+ foot maple needed a lot of attention. Will be having them back.

If I had one complaint, the process took a lot longer than expected. Took 3 weeks just to get an estimate. From there, was another 3 weeks to get workers on site. This could be from the storms, companies are still backlogged.

Rooted Tree Specialists did a great job trimming a couple trees for us. Everything was easy from the evaluation, trimming, clean up, and billing. The trimmers answered my questions and were quick and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I found Rooted Tree Specialists in the very early morning when a nasty thunderstorm and wind event caused my tree to split and fall into my driveway. Not only were they up at that hour and taking calls, but they were at my home about 90 minutes later to start the work. Their professionalism and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations! They took care of the emergency work, cleaned everything up, and left my yard in excellent shape considering part of a large tree was all over it two hours earlier! I hired them to come back and finish taking down the rest of the tree because they were so reasonably priced and I loved the quality of their workmanship. They made the whole process seamless and easy. Communication was excellent throughout this whole time. I can’t speak highly enough this company! Hire them for your tree needs!

Rooted Tree Specialists did an amazing job with the trees on our property. The crew showed up at the designated time. They were polite and did a great job at cleaning up. They exceeded our expectations and would hightly recommend them.

Amy is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate her love of nature and wanting to save a tree, if possible, and not just want to cut down a tree for a quick fix. Amy gave my ash tree a treatment for the ash borer beetle. She also gave advice on how to care for the exposed roots due to neglect from prior homeowners. I don’t have a good “before” photo but the base of my tree had very thick weed barrier and several inches of river rock. I removed all the rock and the weed barrier and put a good quality 50-50 blend of Oma-grow and topsoil then a couple inches of mulch. Looks great now and I’m sure my tree is happy!!

The staff at Rooted is so easy to work with. We had an issue with a tree and they responded so quickly. Sarah and Amy really care about their customers. They have done other work for us and we will always call Rooted for our tree trimming and removal needs.

We have used Rooted Tree on more then one occasion and they have been amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, (helped us save a large birch tree in front yard) when trimming their clean up and service has been outstanding every time.

Amy and her team did a great job with planning, letting us know when they arrive, and executing the work. The trees looked great—balanced, healthy, just right. Clean up was fast, too. The Rooted Tree Specialists were incredible to work with. We had to remove an ash tree infected with borer disease, and Amy was amazing throughout the whole process. She was empathetic about us losing a tree we loved, but also knowledgeable and helped us weigh the risks. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about trees, and that really stood out.

They’re a woman-owned small business that gives so much back to the community, and I love supporting that. I even received a handwritten thank-you note afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The pricing was competitive and the team itself was insanely efficient. They showed up, got right to work, and made sure you couldn’t even tell they’d been there (aside from the missing tree lol). They were so careful with our Kentucky bluegrass, swept the lawn to make sure there wasn’t a single piece of debris left behind, and cleaned the driveway and sidewalk until everything looked perfect.

I had an emergency tree situation where my branch cracked and was about to fall on my roof. Rooted Tree got there same day and were wonderful. They took care of our red sunset maple and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything very well and our tree looks fantastic. They were very friendly, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We even received recommendations for types of trees to plant in our front yard. Overall, we could not be happier with the service performed!

This crew was amazing. They worked quickly, yet safely and professionally. Communication was super easy - I was kept in the loop with everything. Owner came out afterwards to make sure clean up and the job was to satisfaction. I will absolutely be using American Arborist again in the future with my home's tree needs.

Dan was quick to get us a very good quote and once we accepted it, they were out. They managed to take down 2 very large trees right next to our house in one day! My husband was home for part of it and he and my neighbors were amazed at how quickly they were able to get everything down and ground up. There was almost no damage to our yard - we were expecting quite a bit more, to be honest! Wonderful work!!
