I had a great experience with American Arborist. They removed a large ash that was near death due to the ash borer, two smaller trees that were too close to the house to grow well, and trimmed two large storm damaged but still healthy shade trees so there is no more risk of limbs falling on an area frequented by pets and kids, or on my neighbors fences. Their crew was respectful of our property and time, cleaned up the debris, and asked me if the work was satisfactory. The price was competitive for a truly professional operation. Will use again.

Corey‘s tree trimming crew sent by American Arborist answered all my questions and did a careful and thorough job of helping rescue my Ash tree from the Ash bore. They cleaned everything up and were a real three man team.

Korey and Lloyd were outstanding. They ran into a couple of obstacles while removing three trees but easily overcame them. They did a great job with clean up also.

The crew who took our tree down were friendly and efficient. From taking the tree down to stump grinding and cleanup they were exceptional! Thank you!

We hired American Arborist for a tree trimming job and we expected a professional standard of work and customer service. Unfortunately, the results fell short. It felt like the bare minimum was done and overall the work looked sloppy, incomplete, and unprofessional.

We contacted them to express our concerns, and they did come back out to look. However, instead of taking responsibility and listening respectfully, the woman we spoke with was super defensive and dismissive. She made me feel ridiculous for bringing up the issues, and the tone of the conversation left us feeling more disappointed about the experience.

Definitely do not recommend this company. We gave them a second chance to demonstrate good customer service, and they opted not to. We expected a higher level of care and professionalism and unfortunately that just wasn't delivered (and the trees look worse than when he hired them!).

There was some miscommunication between us, the person that bid the job and the workers that arrived to do the trimming and some of the services weren’t completed. I made one call and the response was fast and friendly. The trimmers came back out the day I called, apologized and completed the job. Had a great conversation with them afterwards as well. Seemed like great people that cared about making the customer happy. Would highly recommend.

Lloyd and Korey (and the two other guys with them) did a fantastic job of trimming my autumn blaze today. They truly took their time analyzing the tree and made sure that the tree was trimmed just enough to strengthen it and improve its overall health while still maintaining its shape as much as possible. I had my ornamental pear tree sprayed for copper rust in March. I paid them $250.00 for two applications of spray. They sprayed the first one and came out later to spray the second application two weeks later and told me my tree was dead. I have been trying to get a refund the past year. They keep telling me they want to make the customer happy and will get that refund check to me, but I have yet to receive it. These people are crooks and will over charge you for services. Do not use them.

Korey and Hunter did a great job of trimming our tree. They were extremely accommodating to my suggestions as well as personable and knowledgeable of what would work best. The mess was cleaned up and everything looks great! Thank you.

American Arborist was responsive and professional. We requested a quote on our chokecherry tree in our backyard and they came out very quickly to do the quote and included recommendations for a tree in the front yard to be trimmed as well. We appreciated the professional opinion and we are so pleased! They even cut out a wild tree in our fence that we had not included on the quote, which was very appreciated. I just had American Arborist to my home to trim up my tree. Three guys showed up on time and everyone of them could not have been nicer. Lloyd was the tree climber and I trusted him to trim up the tree. He said he would treat this as if it was his tree. He really knows what he is doing! The tree looked great. The cleanup was great. I could not even tell that they had been out. I highly recommend American Arborist. I should also mention that their prices are very reasonable. These guys take great pride in their work and it shows!
