Horrible experience, I tried to be understanding of the busy summer time. Took over a month to get a pool open, horrible communication throughout the process. Tried to talk to management about the process, however they would refuse any sort of accountability, pretty much just shrugged me off. Just a huge headache, i would definitely not recommend!

Chris came out to open our pool and he was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. He informed us of the pump wires being exposed and we will request him for future pool care. Thank You!!!

Their employees opened the wrong fence door to the wrong house, left the fence open and let my dog run off. The city picked up my dog 4 hours later. When I contacted the owners of PP they would not call me back, not respond to my email. Needless to say I don’t appreciate paying the impound 150$ fee or seeing my kids worrying and crying about the dog. The worst part is PP could not give a hoot about this. And yes this is all recorded on my security system.

Platinum Pools technician does an excellent job. He maintains the proper level of chemicals, which keeps the water clean. He also handles all pool repairs for us. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.

We've been with Platinum since we moved to this house and inherited a pool...about 16 years ago! I would never think to use anyone else! These guys are top notch and really care about the work they do!

The main reason why I am writing this review is because of their front desk person. I asked her a ton of questions and took up a bunch of her time, and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them. They quoted me a price that is $100 less than the invoice. They said the chemicals were included and they charged $50 more for the service they said they were going to do. It is so hard to find good reputable companies anymore. :( Cami was less than professional when trying to work it out. I would recommend you get their quote in writing before agreeing to do business with them.

8 years of excellent service! Chad and Scott have come through every time with repairs, service, and expert advice for our pool out at Camp of the Good Shepherd. Cambria in the office is friendly and helpful, as well, and the service guys are professional. They are the best.

We had major issues with algae and I called and spoke to Tabitha who was AWESOME! They sent out Trey who was way more than I expected.......not only did he clean the pool and vacuum all the dead algae at bottom from previous issue, but also treated water for new algae issue and had that pool SPARKLING by next day (NO JOKE). He took extra time to teach us and educate us about what we would need to know since we were pool newbies. He went above and beyond for sure!! Thank you for all you do!

Pleasant office staff. Easy to schedule services and get answers using their web site. fAQ tab is very accurate and helpful.
Technical staff are highly skilled. Use them for liner replacement and seasonal open and closing.
Excellent for using them to care for the pool while on vacation and for seasonal support.
Been a satisfied customer for over 25 years.

There are not words to describe how impressed I am with this business. I run a swim school and we have had several issues with our pool this fall. I called so many companies to come out to fix it, and none recognized the urgency of our requests except Platinum Pools. Every time we had something that needed fixed immediately, Platinum Pools was able to get us same-day service and once something was fixed by them, we did not see a problem with that part of the pool again. Their techs also were so helpful in giving tips to maintain the health of our filtration system and the pool. Every single tech we've worked with has provided amazing customer service. We are SO thankful to Platinum Pools and would gladly recommend it to anyone working with a pool!
