Contacted Omaha Gutter to to look at 2 downspouts that were not draining properly. The estimator identified the problem as too small diameter of downspouts.
The technicians who came out did a great installation job, clean and in a timely manner.
Omaha gutter Company did everything right for me at a fair price. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Omaha Gutter Company did an excellent job. They were very professional and pleasant. The gutters look great as they were matched with the trim of my house. The price was good too. I truly recommend them.

We replaced the gutters and downspouts on the whole house. I missed the estimate at first in my emails and Danny texted me to see if I received it. I really appreciated the follow up text. They were easy to work with, scheduled me right away, showed up on time, and worked until 7pm when the job was complete. I was impressed.

We had Omaha Gutter install siding and a new roof this summer (2015). One thing I appreciate about Scott (the owner) is that he is always honest and more than fair. The quality was top notch and he took time to care about the little details that I wouldn’t have noticed during the project.

I have over 20 years in construction. Omaha Gutter Company is a solid outfit. They provide good quality workmanship at affordable prices. They will stand behind their work if there is ever an issue. They were easy to contact and always available to answer my questions. I would hire them again, and would not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family.

Very quick on getting me an estimate however other then sending me the bill once the job was complete that was the only quick part for this job. Once I accepted the estimate it took over 4 weeks to be called by the office to be put on the schedule. This was even after a number of calls from me wanting to know when I could expect work to be started. Finally given a date for a Tuesday and they were a no show and no call either. Finally showed up and did some work on Wednesday and then left everything in my yard until that Saturday. Had people having to walk over gutters while out trick or treating. With all that said the gutters look great and the team who installed them were nice as well.

I am not sure where they get their workers, but it looked like they hadn't slept in days. Smoking right on my neighbors property, having arguments. They would come early being extremely loud & stay late, but leave for hours during the day. I didn't even want to take my child outside to play because they appeared so sketchy. It took them days to complete their work. I just had gutters put on my home and it was finished in a day, don't know why they were there the entire week?? My elderly neighbor felt so bad for hiring them. They left the yard a mess with trash blowing into my yard. Do not recommend at all! Very very unprofessional workers.

Wanted estimate for siding and gutters on home. After initial phone call, Bennett arrived at our home and stated he did not have the tools to measure siding and would return in a few days. Estimate came back for gutters and we were really happy with it. It has now been 3 weeks and no one has returned to measure siding. Called and spoke to office last week and no return phone call. Would not recommend for anyone wanting home repairs.

The whole experience was great. Scott has some really great ideas on how to make the gutters better than they have been since the house was built. His team came out on time and did a super job.

Expected Monday morning, Aug 21. No show. No call. After our phone calls (several required) then promised by 1:30 pm. No show. No call. End of day Wednesday, no show no call despite repeated calls to the company
If there is a problem, let me know. I may be understanding. Silence is not a good business plan.
One week later finally talked to Scott. Stated he had been out of town and person left in charge dropped the ball on several jobs
Promised crew for 9 am next morning. No show. No call. We called again. Scott didn't seem to know who we were but promised crew for next day. Still waiting.
Crew finally showed 3 days later. Bogged down by equipment problem and waiting for supplies but diligent workers. Taking longer than they had expected due to excessive heat. We offered both water and a chance to use our home as a respite but they slogged on. Really appreciate that they did not play loud music while working. The communication has improved significantly. Decent communication would have eased our frustration considerable and saved us a lot of time arranging our schedule.

Update: the owner contacted me directly and came out to verify the work wasn't completed. He apologized profusely and said that he would do the job himself if necessary. He was able to have another crew come out same day and complete the job.

I had Omaha Gutter Co come out for a bid on a small repair needed to resolve a contingency to sell my house. The bus was completed in late June. I was told two weeks to get on the schedule. No one contacted me, so I reached out by email and phone in mid-July. I left a voicemail because they don't have enough staff to answer their incoming calls volume and no one actually picks up when you call. An employee named Kyler called back and figured out some issues with paperwork and assured me that I would be put on the schedule. The following Monday, I got a call and was told someone would be out Wednesday. No one showed up or called. I called Thursday morning and was told that the contracted guy's truck broke down and they would get me rescheduled. No one had contacted me again by the following Monday, so I called and left yet another voicemail, which was returned by Kyler who again made another excuse about the contractor. I explained again that their lack of accountability toget the job done was impacting a real estate transaction and that if it wasn't completed by today, I would find another company. Kyler simply said "that's fine" and hung up.

I would give 0 stars if possible. If Kyler's supervisors read this, I recommend that you review the principles of good customer service and accountability. You're losing business because he can't appropriately handle workloads or communicate with customers.

We called Omaha Gutter Company to replace the old worn gutters on our house. We called them on a Thursday afternoon to make the appointment, Scott and Lisa were out at our home that evening for an estimate. They were able to email the estimate that same night. Estimate was very quick and very reasonable, which I really appreciated. We called and accepted the offer the next day. On Monday, they removed the old gutters and on Tuesday the new gutters were completely installed. Everything was done very professionally and quickly. The crew members were great. I had questions, they were able to answer. Price was reasonable, quality of workmanship was perfect, the experience was great.

Incredible job! Fast, responsive to our needs at a reasonable price. DON'T go anywhere else for gutters.

They came through for us with our gutter installation in Omaha, NE. We needed help with leaking gutters. Super professional, and things got done completed on time. Loved the great service, reliable team, fair pricing and easy to work with. Absolutely recommend working with them again.

We hired Omaha Gutter Company for a project, and while the work was eventually completed, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The job was left unfinished for an extended period, their equipment remained on-site, and there was little to no communication despite multiple follow-up attempts on our end.

One of the crew members acted inappropriately while parked outside my home. I won’t go into detail, but it was unprofessional and left a bad impression.

When they finally returned, the job was completed, but given the delays and poor communication, we had hoped they would offer a discount or adjustment to the final bill. That did not happen.

It’s clear our smaller job wasn’t a priority for Omaha Gutter Company. Despite agreeing to the bid and being ready to pay, we were treated like an afterthought.

The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and accountability made this a frustrating process. I do not recommend going with them. If you do choose to work with them, make sure everything is documented in writing and be prepared to chase them down for updates.

We needed gutters on our house ,Omaha gutter company wasn’t the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, the guys installed our gutters in one day hauled off all the garbage and mess and did a fantastic job! Price was fair materials are excellent and the crew unmatched! I highly recommend Omaha gutter company when you need gutters downspouts or gutter covers. Rick and Nancy Domenge Omaha

From the initial inspection and estimate to completion the entire project was clearly communicated, on time, performed with solid work quality, and was an overall a professional experience. From the staff in the office to the crew onsite everyone was personable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

Omaha Gutter Company came out and did my soffits and fascias on my house and they look freaking amazing. I 100% recommend using them for projects like this on your house. Rachelle was awesome and very responsive and communicated well. Mike and Phil, the guys who actually did the work did it efficiently and quickly and were amazing at it. Mike even came back to finish up some small little details. Bennett was nice and professional when he came out to give the estimate as well. Their estimate was even quite a bit lower than many of the estimates I got. If you don't use Omaha Gutter Company for your house projects then you're using the wrong company.
