I was in the market for a new roof as my old roof was 27 years old. The process of figuring out a trustworthy contractor is always a little bit daunting. You look at Google reviews and talk to friends. White Castle came highly recommended. I ended up reaching out to White Castle and two other contractors for bids. Liam from White Castle returned my call in less than two hours. The second contractor ended up calling me about a week later and the third never returned my call at all. Liam was courteous and professional and had my roof inspected in the next 48 hours. They helped me through the insurance process the entire way. Dino came to my house when the insurance adjuster was here and inspected the roof with him, ensuring the adjuster did a thorough inspection. The crew that replaced my roof did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier. It was a 10/10. White Castle also replaced all of my gutters and downspouts. Amy did an amazing job keeping in constant contact with me. She definitely provides exceptional customer service. I was able to coordinate a timeline for the gutter install so that I was able to paint all of the trim before. The color matching came out perfectly. Liam was also available on multiple occasions to answer my questions along the way via text message. Being able to text the contractor and the office (Amy) and get almost instant replies is very convenient when one doesn’t always have time for a phone calI. I was able to talk to the county roof inspector when he completed his final inspection. He was also super impressed and said they did a great job. I highly recommend White Castle if you are looking for a roof replacement, and everything else that comes along with it. My family had an exceptionally good experience with them.

When a local company said I didn't have a claim, Haley from White Castle gave me a second opinion and said I had plenty enough hail damage to warrant a new roof. She came from Nebraska 3 hours away, met with the insurance adjuster personally and got it covered entirely (minus my deductable) at the price negotiated with the insurance company. They even did the paperwork.
Haley, and the company, were great to work with, stuck with the promised schedule and did a fantastic job. I recommend to anyone needing roofing services to give them a call and let them inspect it.

White Castle Roofing replaced our wood shake shingle roof on our 4 story A-Frame home with composition shingles. They did a superb job all the way from helping me select a shingle that would compliment our home to the install and the clean-up. And of the 4 bids we got, they were by far the least expensive. White Castle seriously made our household’s year! I can’t speak more highly of this company and specifically Tyler Bailey. Our home was affected by the July 2024 NE storms and our old elm tree fell through our living room. As new homeowners, we were at an utter loss and didn’t know how to even begin. Tyler came over just hours after the disaster and he crawled up into our tiny attic to diagnose. He was so knowledgeable of our options and immediately provided us an immediate action plan. The job was done quickly and I really felt like White Castle was doing their best to hustle despite SO much need across the region. He connected us with an outstanding arborist to take care of the tree and even helped us find a new insurance agent after this whole claim disaster was over. They aren’t afraid to go to bat for you when insurance gives you the run around. We have a beautiful new roof that will protect us for years to come! White Castle's team was exceptionally professional, conscientious, and efficient. They re-roofed my 2,000 square foot, split-level home in less than 8 hours while protecting the home's exterior and A/C. Additionally, a few crew members continually picked up debris that may have inadvertently fallen in the yard/drive. Everyone was outstanding, from the sales representative, Haley Benton, Liz, the scheduler, to the 10-person install crew. I'm ecstatic to give WCR a full 5-star review!

A few years ago I lived in a rental, and the landlady hired White Castle Roofing to replace the Shingles/Gutters.

It was extremely fortunate that I had taken the day off, as they absolutely botched the job on that house. 300 S 44.

To this day, the corners of the gutters are the low spots, probably because they initially hung them too low. In fact, going outside to check on the progress, I had found the side door unable to open because it contacted the gutters.

Furthermore, they left nails all over the place, a full box of screws on the lawn. (That thankfully I noticed before hitting with the lawnmower)

We also found nails and screws all over the driveway, and kept finding such things for weeks. It was a miracle that we didn't end up with one in our vehicle tires.

I also have amusing Blink Camera Footage of the Landlady arguing with the owner/supervisor as he tries to justify the ineptitude and fight actually fixing their mistakes.
