Groundscapes buried my sump pump line and unbeknownst to me they cut my sprinkler line. They did not repair the cut and covered it with soil. My normal sprinkler company found the issue when they did the summer inspection. I had them repair the break as it was soaking the area. I requested that Groundscapes reimburse me for the cost of the repair as they were responsible for the damage. The owner of the company refused to work with me. Beware of this company as they do not back their work.

From my experience Groundscapes is a solid company, in regards to their timeliness and professionalism I give them 5 stars. The representative I worked with followed through on all aspects and gave me a lot of options for my landscaping project. Would recommend to anyone

Groundscapes is outstanding in every way - highly capable, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and just plain friendly. We have used them several times and if the need arises, we will not hesitate to call them again. It is also refreshing to work with a company who provides extraordinary customer service!

We purchased a house in Dundee that had a large patio and fireplace installed by Groundscapes last year. Groundscapes did an amazing job and was a major influencer in our decision to purchase the house. We feel like we live in a park and the craftsmanship is remarkable. We eat the majority of our meals outdoors and spending more time as a family outside together.

Derek and Nate have done a great job in educating us how to maintain the space, utilize the fireplace/fountain and answered countless questions. Derek worked with their designer to come up with a landscaping strategy that is beautiful and reduces the dependency on annuals. The side entrance has been transformed and Derek has checked on the space numerous times. I have never felt pressured to take a first design and very much appreciate his low pressure approach.

This was a very large project and without hesitation I can recommend Groundscapes. Derek has done a wonderful job helping with the transition and we feel blessed to own such a gorgeous outdoor living space.

Groundscapes was amazing! We had a pool, and a backyard make over. Every detail was paid attention to! They managed the concrete work, sprinkler systems, sod and trees. They showed up on time everyday! I would recommend Groundscapes!

We had an amazing experience with Cody, GJ and the crew. They were professional and courteous. They kept us informed during the entire process. We are ecstatic with the entire process and the finished product!

My husband and I just had our patio and sidewalk done by Groundscapes! The workers did an amazing job and were extremely hard working. The crew that worked on our job was Ed, Bobby, and Zach! They always kept us updated as to what was going on. The workers are top notch.
The reason I gave a 3 was due to some issues at the beginning before signing a contract with admin portion. It took 4 weeks to get a drawing!! All we wanted was a rectangle patio nothing complicated at all. No extras. We waited 4 weeks and the drawing was no where near what we had asked for. After waiting this long for something that was irrelevant to what we wanted. This made me angry. Then 2 weeks later we got another drawing that was better, but still needed to be tweaked. Overall, their in house team got it together and provided us a proper drawing, but took way to long! After having to ask to come in and look at pavers we got scheduled. We signed our contract and made a down payment. However, my down payment wasn't processed for 1.5 months after signing the contract. The office had made a copy of my credit card.
I would also suggest double checking ALL measurements! The length of our patio was off by 1.8 feet! With the size of our patio area this is a big difference in square feet. We were not upset by the difference.
Overall the work crew was amazing but office crew not so much.

We had a drainage problem in our yard and wanted a total solution that included a new patio and landscaping around the entire house. Groundscapes was one of 4 vendors who we had look a the challenge and the only who showed confidence they could get it done. We were very pleased with the work, the workers, the follow up and the services. Now 9 months later everything looks great and no drainage issues. When we had a couple minor issues they came back and fixed it. I would highly recommend Groundscapes to any one.

Groundscapes completed a paver patio with a seat wall and poured a pad for our hot tub. The process was quite smooth from the drawings in the beginning (which had to be tweaked a few times), to the scheduling, to the on site crew, site visits, and completion of project. Nick, the owner, Cody, GJ, and Ryan were all attentive to detail and any concerns. Any time we had a question via phone call or email, they were answered in a timely manner. We did have a hiccup with our existing gas line, which was taken care of promptly. The onsite crew was friendly and did a nice job of clean up after each day. We are very pleased with our patio!

We started out landscaping project last fall by having Tyler come to our property and and draw up a design and proposal. We were blown away by the design and the attention to detail in correcting property line issues from the initial construction of our property. Our project began early this spring and was completed in four days. Every day the crew cleaned up the street and took care of any issues before leaving that could have resulted in complaints by our neighbors. In fact I have had several neighbors express to me how impressed they were with the daily clean up. The project was completed on time and met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend this company for any project you have and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. We were very impressed from the level of service and professionalism from the initial design to the final day of the project.

Didn’t listen to anything we told them/ asked for when we paid for a design. Then refused to give us our money back because we could use it elsewhere…. Owner stepped in said they would redo the plan to our requests. However stoped responding , it took months (6-7) longer to begin than the 3-4 weeks were told. Finally they never even finished the project. Our drawers are not attached nor is the burner ( that they forgot to run electrical for ) hooked up or working.

Groundscapes designed and built our backyard and pool and did a fantastic job! Cody (our sales person) went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and helped keep us informed both before, during, and after the project was finished. I would highly recommend them.

The process is smooth, but lengthy. About 7 months from initial contact to project completion. The project details included regrading, removing a deck, installing two patios, rock beds with plantings, converting an irrigation zone, and a few misc. items.

Price was competitive with other quotes. I am highly appreciative of, and value, the transparency and professionalism of each and every person we interacted with. The teams understand the installation process required to make a lasting product and do not leave any steps out.

There was a hiccup between planned design and what the construction team was able to achieve when they arrived. There is always a warning that this can occur. Groundscapes worked quickly with us on a new plan, and a resolution was able to be achieved.

I am happy that we picked Groundscapes and would recommend them to any prospective customer.

I would highly recommend Groundscapes for their professionalism and the quality of their work! My daughter and son-in-law just had a large landscaping project done and I was onsite most days. I was extremely impressed by them - the crew showed up each day, worked hard, were courteous and respectful and thoroughly cleaned up each night. Brandon, the foreman, kept the job on schedule and was such a pleasure to be around. He was very knowledgeable about the aspects of the job and came up with some great solutions throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about Brandon and his crew!! Job well done!

The Groundscapes people were great to work with on our lake house project. They helped us design and create a new patio area that extended into the water. Josh, Ryan, GJ, Brandon and everyone we dealt with were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns before and during the project. The result looks great, and we have already gotten many compliments on it.

Communication was easy and they take care of everything so I don’t have to worry about all the moving parts. We’ve always gotten High Quality work and been happy with our finished product! TY!

We worked with Cody at Groundscapes to bring our ideas for a paver patio, landscaping, amazing retaining wall and new front steps/walkway to life. He was so easy to work with and was able to incorporate all of our ideas. When we had a few new ideas during the install, he was able to easily accommodate the changes without any issues.

Once the construction started, we had the pleasure to work with Brandon and his crew. I can not say enough great things about them! Brandon was awesome - great leadership and fantastic personality! He and the team worked diligently to complete the project on time and it looks AMAZING. Each evening the crew would clean the job site and the street where the supplies were so nobody in the neighborhood was inconvenienced. I was actually disappointed when they were done because they were a lot of fun to have around.

We now have a beautiful front to our home and a dream entertaining space in the backyard! I would recommend Groundscapes, Cody and Brandon for sure!

Did our waterfall at home 8 years ago. Did a great job. Owners and staff are very nice and easy to work with. New office in Valley, NE. Very nice...we needed to buy a new pump.
