We had purchased a furnace from another company 1 1/2 yrs ago never worked right and could never fix issue. Called Advanced Heating. Jeff figured out issue within minutes. He was even helping us get the parts from factory warranty. Furnace is now working like it should. The thing that really impressed me is that Jeff said "we'll take care of you" and ment it. They have a customer for life here.

Fall maintenance gentleman from Advanced heating was professional, thorough and gave helpful suggestions.

Over the course of three weeks we experienced AC outages. I first called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning when I returned home from a trip (after 4pm) and my house was 90+ degrees. The team rearranged their schedule to ensure a tech came to my house by 6pm that day! Jared replaced my thermostat quickly to restore AC. This was great! A couple of days later the AC was out again and Jeff came to the rescue to look at the unit and the wiring. He replaced a circuit board and breaker in the basement. Over the course of the next two weeks the AC continued to go out and we replaced our thermostat 4 additional times. Jeff made six visits to our home and continued to work the problem replacing wiring, adding circuit breakers, and relentlessly looking for what was causing the issue at our home. Ultimately Jeff identified condensation on one of the electrical components and solved the issue. What stood out to me and my family was Jeff's relentless pursuit of the underlying issue causing our AC to go out. The office staff also prioritized our home each time we called. Jeff was professional, positive, and informative as he continued to work the issue. I will never use another AC company. Thank you Advance Heating and Air Conditioning!

Jeff worked on our furnace last winter, and today he serviced our air conditioner. I will not go anywhere else for our heating and AC needs. Their entire team, from office staff to service repairmen, are efficient, honest, and provide quality work. Excellent company!

Not only did the technician service the furnace he also found one of the air ducks was loose from furnace he also repaired it and reattach to furnace.

Jeff was awesome. So friendly, explained everything and even gave recommendations of where to eat when we vacation to Orlando in a few months. He was sympathetic to our builder not registering our ac unit and helped make this costly process easier!

I've used this company for 8 years. I found them because they were the original installer of the hvac system in our house, when we bought it. I have always found them to be prompt, courteous, and easy to work with.

They installed the HVAC unit when our home was built and did not install a condensation line so water was spilling all over our unit and rusted. We then recently needed someone to take a look at the unit because it was leaking and condensating and just wanted a consultation and the tech stopped out for a few minutes and mentioned it wasn’t anything they could help with. A week later we were sent a bill out of no where with no prior mention of a service fee. I understand if they have to charge for someone to stop out, but when there is no prior mention of a fee or payment and we are under the impression it is a free consultation and then to be sent a bill a week later it is frustrating.

Best HVAC place We have ever worked with! Friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Always here quick when we have a problem . The whole staff is great. Would recommend 100%!!

We called a different company and they never showed. Called Advanced the next morning and they were there that day. A/C fixed in lest than an hour.Asked if we could get a quote for new furnace and a/c unit. Had the quote within a few days. Once we accepted it we thought it would be a few weeks before installation. It was 2 days. All 3 guys that came (Jeff came the first visit and fixed the unit and got us the quote, Brandon and Kaven came to do the install in the rain) were all great. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future if the arises.

Whenever we have an issue with our heat pump system, Advanced is always timely in troubleshooting and determining a solution. They don't give up. We love having them take care of our system. We have parts on order and won't be able to address any pricing in this review.

These guys are great! They are prompt, knowledgeable and just an all around great company. Got me warmed up with a new furnace less than 24 hours after I called.

I’m very happy with the unit they installed. It has been in our home around 14 years. With their regular maintenance, it still works great! they are very polite when they come to my home, and always clean up after they are done. I have them work on my air conditioner, every spring to clean it and make sure it’s running well, and my heater every fall to make sure it will get me through a cold winter. If in need, I will have them install anything else that I need in the future. This is a good company that I highly recommend! In addition, my son had a unit installed by a very large company out of Omaha. It started giving him trouble when the heater wouldn’t shut off and the blower stopped working.. He had it worked on several times by that company, and it still continued to be a problem and a very expensive one. Advanced Heating And Air came out, worked on it once and it has been fine ever since.

Jeff was able to show up same day for a heating issue, and was able to repair the damage same day as well. I was very well advised about the situation and an honest repair was made. I’d recommend them for your home heating and a/c needs. Thank you we will continue using your company for many years to come.
