This company was fantastic to work with! From my 7 a.m. call, to arrival within 45 minutes, to the communication and service provided I could not have asked for a better experience. They had to troubleshoot the issue, but did so with courtesy and constant communication. I’d hire them again for any project - large or small!

I cold called Custom Electric based solely on some recommendations on Next Door. They were very courteous and responsive on the phone, arranged an appointment within the week, and the young man who came to take care of my problem was very knowledgeable and very swift and clean in his work. I definitely will be calling them again and definitely recommend them. The price was what I expected also!

These guys get to me quickly. Easy to schedule. Today Ed and Zach hung ceiling fans for us. They also installed a gfc outlet that had gone bad. They come in and get to work right away. Both men know exactly what needs to be done and get it done quickly and correctly. (Very important.) They were polite and pleasant. This is my go to electric crew. Since we have more work to be done updating the lights, I’ll call them again!

Zach and Ed came out again and hung some more ceiling fans and a chandelier. They are very conscientious about their work. They also clean up after themselves. We are very pleased.

Our first experience with Customer electric was actually in our backyard. After having our retaining walls replaced, the wiring to the irrigation pump had to be repaired. The guys did better than repair the system. They upgraded the components to leave us with a far safer situation.

After my garage door kept tripping and locking me out of my house, I called—especially concerned since it was over a holiday. They immediately understood the safety issue and scheduled me quickly. Within 48 hours, the garage door was fully repaired.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t just fix the original problem—they identified a potential future issue and repaired it on the spot, saving me from another service call. The pricing was very reasonable, and there were no surprises.
On top of their professionalism, they went above and beyond with kindness. They even helped change a high ceiling light bulb I couldn’t reach—something I hadn’t been able to fix for months. As a single mom, that meant more than they probably realized.
Fast response, fair pricing, honest work, and outstanding customer service. I won’t use anyone else for garage door repairs.

The only reason I'm giving him a 1 star is because you have to at least choose one. Stay away from these people. If you want unreliable work with dishonesty then hire them. There were no records found for an inspection or registration with the state. On several occasions I was told that they dont do the percolation test for septic that the builder or myself had that done. Once the state was on their case Josh called me and was all the sudden willing to help 3 days before he had to turn in the paperwork. Once I told him another guy was doing it he said he would still help. No word from Josh after the date so called the state. State said all paperwork was turned in, even the paperwork they said they don't do for the test. He paid the fine with the state that was around $600 and wiped his hands clean. Funny how the test was on a form that was 7 years newer than the test that was done. Talked to lawyer who said looks phony but sounds like he is willing to forge documents and we would have to prove it which could be hard to do. While he got off with a $600 bill to replace my septic was over $12,000 and was less than 9 years old. Btw I did have it pumped every 2 years.

Plumbing wise they did all of this also. Some pipes bang a lot when hot water is on. This is a new home. Also my grinder pit wasn't sealed at all and it has moisture coming through the pipe.

I guess if cheap is what you want go ahead and hire them but beware that if any issues arise they will basically take no blame.

Had my main sewer line replaced as part of the purchasing of our house from the previous owners. After having issues with my plumbing it was found out that Andersen plumbing did not replace the entire sewer line. They had connected to the old one about 6 ft from the house. The old piping had snapped in half close to where they had connected and filled with tree roots causing my plumbing to backup. Josh from Andersen plumbing said they did not replace the entire sewer line because they did not want to disturb the house foundation in the March weather... The plumbing company that came out and fixed this said that should have not been an issue at all. One clean out was also buried about 6” underground. If you want peace of mind of having your plumbing fixed right do not call Andersen plumbing!

Amazing service and knowledgeable team. Awesome company with top notch employees. Had a somewhat emergent water heater issue, they were able to come out same day and get things fixed right away. Hope I don’t need them again anytime soon but wouldn’t even think of using anyone else.

Anderson Plumbing is simply the best, Josh Andersen understood our needs and budget. His price was very reasonable and I believe we got the best workmanship around. The main sewer pipe in our basement started spewing water this morning.
They showed up very quickly. They were extremely professional and nice.
Not only did they get the job done quickly, they cleaned up as much as they could when they were done.
They even emptied out the tote we placed to catch the water!
I highly recommend and we will absolutely be using them in the future!

We have worked with Andersen Plumbling on several home projects and experienced nothing but the best customer service, very friendly and knowlegable staff that made sure we were happy and answered any/all questions. I have also referred them to friends and family that had plumbling issues and they made it a priority to offer their assistance even in emergency situations. I will only use Andersen Plumbing for any future needs.
