Everyone very professional from front office, to service and then to installers. Had appointment on Monday, January 22 with unfortunate news I had to purchase a new heater, however new heater installed that Friday, January 26. Thank you!

We used Elite Air to install new Heater and Air conditioner. Everyone has been great, I will update after our new system has been functioning for awhile. Office Manager Lenore is so helpful, pleasant and informative on the phone. Ed Cavanaugh gave
estimate and explained options. Brandon and Steve did the
actual 1 1/2 Day Installation - very polite, graciously tolerated our
questions, just very sweet, knowledgable young men!!! Thank
you all!!!

2nd post- Josh came out, now that weather is warming up to do A/C start up. Very professional technician with 28 years
experience and added extra insulation and checked securing unit
to base, getting ready for the Inspection Lenore is setting up for
next week.
Ed called to make sure all is good. This team works well
together. Someone suggested they did not do permits and set up inspection. We just asked him to, and it was done!!

3rd post - Unit has passed inspection - just needed a fuse box adjustment., then city of Reno will send signed permit Pass. Inspector made sure Air conditioner was secure and working. Then went up to attic to check heater and said "flawless" install. Air works so well . It took original 23 year old Rheem unit twice as long to cool down our 2000 square foot house as our new more Efficient Rheem! Thank you Elite Air

Extremely friendly company from my first phone call to the technician that came out. Technician came the next day, immediately found the problem and repaired it within the hour!!! He never tried to over sell any services. The company was priced a lot lower than several others that I called. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Air Systems! Praise the Lord that I found this company!

This time service was for my father. His heater went out right before a big storm. Elite showed up and fixed the problem. Bog relief for my Dad and I. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and very fair. Thank you so much! You are truly amazing! Amber you are the best too!!!!

My mother in law was having issues with her system. I called out two other companies that I thought could get it done. However they couldn't find the issue. Elite found the problem that two other companies couldn't find. Tech was knowledgeable and extremely professional.

They did an amazing job replacing the furnace in my house. Furnace was in a tight space in my attic but they easily removed my old system and had the newer more efficient system running in a day! Very professional, very competitive with pricing and I would use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

Ed ( the owner) came out and checked out my system and discussed options with me, he was honest, friendly and knowledgeable.
His price was reasonable and his installers were very professional.
I will be using Atlas air supply for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Elite Air provided a reasonably priced bid to replace the 20+ year old furnace and AC unit that was failing at our rental. Ed Cavanaugh, one of the owners, was accommodating for the schedule and needs of our tenant, and explained in detail the pros and cons of the various choices for the new equipment, which is especially important because of the type of new freon refrigerants now required. The crew who did the installation was courteous and careful to leave the home clean, despite the furnace being in the attic and requiring access through the home. We received good service and good quality equipment at a fair price, and will be using Elite Air for our HVAC needs in the future. Thank you Ed!

Tyler showed up early and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue with the a/c right away and replaced the fuse. But what I loved about his professionalism is that he rook the time to make sure I understood the overall issue, the potential for issues coming up and expectations. I really appreciated him!!! HIGHLY recommend without hesitation!

Tyler came out Friday morning and was able to quickly assess the issue with our mid-70’s furnace and present options for us. We elected to have the furnace replaced. Elite Air Systems was able to provide the new system with accessories, along with an installation crew (Steve and Devin) first thing Monday morning! The job was completed in FOUR hours!!
