Service tech, Tucker, responded within a half hour and performed the repair and maintenance quickly and expertly. He was very friendly and made sure everything was working well before he left. Anderson Has Value and Quality Heat Pump Install...

I asked for over 5 (more like 10) quotes from different companies before picking Anderson for a Heat Pump system. Anderson gave me the best quality for the money. The process started with Rafael. He was very helpful and clear. He gave me all the information I needed without any pressure. I was up front letting him know I was getting multiple quotes. Long story short: Anderson won.
Scheduling the job was simple and quick. The whole installation was finished in two days.

The team that did the install was great. Arturo and Josh arrived on time, were polite, and cleaned up everything before they left.

I think the new heat pump is working perfectly. It is much quieter than I expected, and my house keeps a constant, comfortable temperature. I still need to track my energy bills, but I know this was a good choice.

I highly recommend Anderson for their great communication, from Raphael to the installers, and the high quality of their work. They made the whole process really easy.

Communication before The installation was great. I got all my questions answered, no problem. Installation of the new HVAC system also went well. When they were done the lead installer said they have to get me new air exchange grilles that will hold the
Furnace filters. He took measurements and emailed them to His boss.
After two weeks, I did not hear from anybody about the new grilles So I had to take the initiative to get the ball rolling on that. To make a long story short., It took over two months after installation for them to install my new air exchange grilles. Meanwhile, I was operating a new system for two months with no furnace filters. Pretty irritating. They knew what system I was getting so it seems like they should’ve had those
Grilles Ready at the Day of installation.

The Anderson tech arrived on time, same day. Methodically reviewed my heating issues, did not find a problem but answered all my questions about my issue and left me feeling secure about my heating. No problems have been seen since

Anderson sent a tech to meet the Inspector for permit sign-off & called us to make sure we were available for the appointment. Both the office staff & the in-home technician were polite, knowledgeable & willing to help with our requests. We needed special filters & they supplied them at a reasonable price. The tech helped to reinstall the intake cover inside our home which we greatly appreciated. Anderson Carson City is a reliable & competent A/C company. We received 6 quotes & Anderson was competitive in price & features for the Lennox model we selected. We highly recommend them.

This company is honest, dependable, and has the best prices around town. We called several HVAC companies to look at our furnace when it stopped working. Anderson quickly found the real problem after another company tried to tell us it was the circuit board to overcharge us. It wasn’t. We’re very grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Both Josh and Chris provided outstanding service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The lead technician, Josh, explained how our a/c system worked, what replacement part was necessary and stressed replacing the air filter for better a/c function. Without hesitation, I will contact Elite Air for service if required in the future.

We spoke with Ed and you can tell he is passionate about his work! We had an issue with our furnace in the dead of winter. After discussing the issue over the phone he suggested we try to do a few things over the phone first. We were nervous about removing the cover but he assured us (my wife especially) that it was ok. After spending some time resetting things, our furnace came back to life with HEAT!!!

This is such a great company that takes pride in customer service and satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend using them in Carson/Lake Tahoe area if you have issues.

The good people at Elite Air Systems just left our home and I’m feeling so very blessed to have been referred to them. Honest, hard-working, competent, respectful and the list goes on. I’m so glad we acquired so many quotes because it was clear who our choice would be after meeting Ed. They even went to a neighbor’s home to look at her AC unit after a summer of sweating the days away with a broken-down system only to find out that the part and repair would be in the $250 range. Many other companies would have used their scare tactics to get her to pay much more but not these guys. Supporting companies like Elite Air Systems will get the ones who over-quote to reconsider their business strategies once word-mouth gets around. Tyler and his crew were awesome from beginning to end. Tyler came out to give us a quote to replace our current furnace located inside our house and repair the duct work under our house as well as a 2nd quote for cleaning/servicing our 2nd furnace located in our garage along with rapping the ducting. His quotes were very reasonable and fair. When Tyler and his crew arrived to do the jobs they were very professional, knowledgeable, clean and neat with both jobs. They explained everything they were doing at all times. They made sure everything was working properly, all areas were cleaned up when completed and all my questions were answered before leaving and they also said to call if any other questions or concerns came up. We are very happy we chose Tyler and his awesome crew at Elite Air Systems for our heating needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

This company was very professional, fast with response time, and once the tech arrived he ruled out the issue. He researched warranty as the unit was only a couple years old and was very honest and upfront about what the charges could be if there was not a warranty. Ed and his team are absolutely amazing. Ed responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to inspect my furnace the next day. After deciding that it was time for a new furnace, Ed and his team were able to replace my furnace and fix my ducting within just a few days.
