Justin was very knowledgeable and did his work efficiently. Will call Briggs for future repairs. Also, they are IBEW! I am a LIneman for 46 years.

I called brigg’s electrical with a circuit breaker issue which I thought I could not fix. Instead of scheduling an apt and charging me a fortune , the person who attended the phone gave me quick instruction as to how I can fix it myself. It was such a good gesture and he saved me $195. This shows their high work ethics.I would give them a 5 star review for their responsiveness, value and quality.

I. Called in at 8am and got a call back by 9am Scott took great care if us he pulled a man off a commercial job to send him straight to our home to fix our electric throughput the house so my 91 year old father n kaw would not be out of air !!! He showed extreme caring if our situation ,Big shout out the tech Clifton very professional and courteous and extremely friendly Would recommend this company totally!!!

Scott answered our call on a Sunday, and saved us from a potentially dangerous issue! He answered all our questions patiently, and fixed our electric so we once again had heat and water and power. What a lifesaver! We will definitely be calling again when we need him.

Rude! Rude! They did awful work! They were very lazy and even the owner was rude! They charge way too much! I complained to friendsAFTER and they said the same thing. Also, not to trust them cause they rob you. Charge you for things you don’t need and use it for other jobs. Example: they stole 30,000 from the big Tesla! Something about wiring and one guy got caught doing it! But it’s something they do a lot! No wonder the reviews if them are so bad! It’s a shady company! I hope someone from Tesla reads this and gets them! It’s not just the father and son who got caught doing it!it’s others there, a common practice or why would they do it? Plus I heard if you aren’t drinking buddies you won’t get a job! They cheat, are lazy and they take FOREVER to get work done!!

The outlets in a section of my parents' home in Reno failed suddenly 2 days before Thanksgiving, including the outlet supplying their refrigerator. They called at least 6 places trying to find help and no one could come out to the house anywhere from the Monday after Thanksgiving to possibly as late as Christmas. I found this business for them online and told them of the reviews so my dad called and someone came out less than *2 hours* later. Clifton Cuarisma had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. He was very friendly, very professional and took the time to explain every aspect of the job to my father. We highly recommend Briggs Electric, and Mr. Cuarisma in particular, for any of your homes' electrical needs.

I needed emergency work done and I called Briggs. I worked with Scott (service manager), and he was AMAZING. We had a complicated situation: There were FIVE different parties involved (me (the owner), the renters, the city, power company, and Briggs). Scott took control of the situation and seamlessly navigated through MULTIPLE OBSTACLES. Dan, the onsite electrician, was very professional and explained what needed to be done and why. You have earned a customer for life!!!

Chris was great. We had him install two security cameras which custom power solutions. He handled everything we asked of him with confidence and a smile that made us rest easy. Because of Chris, we'll definitely be looking to Briggs for our future electrical needs.

Briggs Electric replaced my house's old electrical panel and connected a new hot tub. They went above and beyond to get the job done. Our house is now safer due to the new panel, and we are going to enjoy the hot tub for a long time. They will be my first call if I have any more electrical needs.

We needed a new electrical panel and after calling 4 other companies and finding they would NOT give us a free estimate I was worried Briggs was doing some work next door and they came over gave it a look sent Scott out to give us an estimate right away . He promptly came to my home and diagnosed my electrical issue and provided me with a detailed estimate. Two days later Justin and Rusty arrived on time and professionally completed the project. I have a rental home in Wadsworth Nevada. I currently live in Phoenix Az. So I had a problem with my rental house.with no power to the outlets in the house only a few were working, I called many places and they couldn't help for weeks. I called Briggs Electric. The Customer Service was excellent from the start, she was very nice and got me set up with a appointment five days out on July 21, 2021. The electrician that had arrived found and fixed the problem ! I'am completely happy with a job well done, Considering he had to go under the house and fix part of the problem. Called to have a technician come troubleshoot it for me and over the phone, Rachel walked me through a few quick steps to confirm some issues before sending a technician. She was able to help me fix the problem at home. Any company that looks out for your best interest and tries to save you money deserves five stars. Thank you! I recently opened Plato’s Closet in Carson City and called on Briggs Electric for track lighting and installing addition lighting. I dealt with several contractors during the buildout process and I must say I am so impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of this company.. Scott and Dan and his team showed up and went beyond and above. The electricians were polite and courteous to my staff and kept me up to date on the project. Scott helped in choosing the fixtures and schematics and his advice paid off. I now have an attractive and well lite store due to this company.

I spoke with Scott at Briggs Electric this morning regarding some wall switches that weren't working. I told him I had checked all of my circuit breakers and they appeared to be ok. He said he would like to save me a service call and asked me to go to the breaker box and do a few minor things that I hadn't tried. His suggestions worked and all the wall switches are now working perfectly. I would recommend Briggs Electric to anyone needing assistance with an electrical problem and will definitely use them in the future

I need a electrician to fix my 4-5 outlets and 1 ceiling light right way . I was lucky to get a technician Michael to come just 1 hour after I called . Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step to me and he did wonderful job. And price was very reasonable. I highly recommended Briggs Electronic Co ! I will definitely call him again if I need in the future!

Briggs Electric Carson City is absolutely amazing! They showed up on time when they said they would, they did high quality work, and tackled unplanned situations with ease and grace. Our service tech Dan was professional, skilled and personable. Scott in the office handled our scheduling, listened acutely to our needs, and followed up on services. We are so happy - we have found our future GO-TO Electricians!

My experience with Briggs Electric was excellent. The office staff were all very friendly and responsive and the electrician Justin did a beautiful job wiring in our new hot tub. His work is among the cleanest I have ever seen and is exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Briggs and look forward to future projects with them.

Briggs schedule an appointment for us for Monday between 7-8…so we got up and waited no one showed up.
I called and they rescheduled the appointment for Friday at 7AM and they just didn’t bother to inform us.
Would not recommend their service!
