I’m finally calmed down enough to write this review. I had my front and backyard landscaped by this company earlier this year. Communication was nearly nonexistent throughout the entire process except for in the very beginning. It took a week or so longer than originally told just to get a quote. Even longer to get the 3D render. They ordered about 13 extra rolls of sod that I was charged for and that they ended up taking to use for themselves. They ruined existing concrete that took months for them to come and repair. And now have one square of concrete that no longer matches the color of the rest. The fence is coming apart where they dumped rock and now I have to pay a fence company to come fix it. More money now out of my pocket. Weeds are coming up everywhere they supposedly laid weed block. New concrete they poured is chipping away. The workers left trash and food stains in both the front and backyard. They also plugged in a microwave at my front porch which felt extremely unprofessional. Very unsatisfied with the quality of work and serious lack of communication. I do not recommend this company. Run don’t walk away!

I wanted to wait a few days before writing this review as we were expecting some rain and the true test of Alan and the Legacy Landscape team's work for us was how well the install of the drainage system worked for our first rain storm, and if our backyard flooded or not. I am very excited to report that not only is our hardscape beautiful but more importantly it is functional.
We have no low spots so no standing water in our yard and since we own three dogs that is important.
I provided Alan with a design I drew up, so nothing fancy, and together we figured it out the final plan and what we could complete within our budget.
The crew was great to work with. Very polite, they kept the area clean of trash, no cursing and no drinking.
They are very professional and excellent at what they do.

As a paver company expert, I don’t give praise lightly. Legacy Landscaping delivered at a high level. The final design execution was clean, intentional, and visually impressive. The layout, finishes, and overall aesthetic show real design competency, not just installation skill.

From a process standpoint, their team was professional, buttoned-up, and highly detailed. Clear communication, tight coordination, and no missed steps. That’s how projects should run, and too often don’t.

It was a pleasure working with Alan from Legacy Landscaping. When I contacted him about a drainage and runoff issue affecting our home and garage, he scheduled an on-site inspection at the earliest possible date.

Alan arrived early and came fully prepared with the tools needed to assess the situation. He carefully inspected the garage, backyard, and surrounding areas, and patiently answered all of our questions.

This place just ROCKS! Literally!!! I called for some type of rock that I needed because my adult children decided to put our pool up and dug a little too much making what looked like a mort in front of a castle! When I called the owner answered with exactly what I needed and had me on the schedule for a delivery the next business day! So when I say they ROCK they literally “drain rock” my business! Awesome local family company and superb customer service! I would recommend to any and all needing anything rocky or road related! 100 stars from me ! Thanks again !

Made an appointment for 10 am by 11:30 he had not shown. Left message with him to see if he was ok and to cancel. Never heard from him again.
