Everything about my experience with Triton pools was great, Omar and Brett were both professional, very helpful and kind. Great group of people to work with and I love my pool.

Just terrible. We are 10 months into the process with Triton, and still not finished, largely due to their errors.
It seems that maybe they take on too much work just to get you under contract, then lose their sense of urgency and/or responsibility.
I would avoid this company.

I paid for my service in November and the work still isn't complete after 7 months. It's been an unbelievable run around. They initially installed a $250 Wi-Fi hub when I paid over $3,000 for the panel (including the hub) and they kept telling me that the work was done. I had to call pretty much every single day for 2 months, speak to multiple people, and get passed off to another. Was promised someone would call me back. They never do. I also texted Stu who was my project manager or the person who came out to give me the estimate. They kept arguing with me but I finally sent them photos of what an actual Omni PL panel looks like and photos of my old panel that is still sitting there and not working along with photos of the hub that was installed and the invoice that was paid. They finally realized that they actually needed to finish the work that I paid for and installed the correct panel that I paid for over 2 months later. I also paid over $200 for them to replace a drain cover and that was never done. I don't even want to bother contacting them because the time it will take me to keep calling them and arguing with them is not worth the $200. This has been a horrible experience.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Was a big deal to finally pull the trigger and go for an in ground pool. Every irrational concern I had was always answered and handled immediately. Definitely not just a number with Triton pools. My pool was finished in time for the spring and just absolutely beautiful. No one in town is offering the same features even close to what my final costs were. 10000% Team Triton

We are very happy with our beautiful new pool and spa from Triton! I’m so glad we chose them…very fair pricing and they got it done before summer as promised. They were always responsive to me and extremely helpful in the entire design process! Thank you!

Just a horrible way of doing business! Unprofessional, slow and just downright incompetent. They contract all the work from other independent companies and no one they brought in to do most jobs actually knew what the hell they were doing! It took them 3 tries to get the cool decking right and that was after they had already started filling the pool. It just created a mess that I had to clean. The pool equipment was not properly bonded and grounded which could have killed someone! Please look around before you hire these clowns to refurbish you're pool for $23K! These guys cost me more when I had to bring in professionals to fix what they did wrong!!

When I have added a pool to properties I own I've relied on Triton Pools. They've proven they can make the best impact within our budgets every time.
