After quite some time contemplating how I should approach this, I decided to write this review. We had a pool installed after we purchased our home. The experience left a lot to be desired. It took such a long time to get completed and we went back and forth on the progress payments when there was no progress. When the pool was finally finished a rust stain showed up on the bottom of the pool. I called and sent pictures and was told by Omar to wait and they would come and fix it. A year later and after many calls it still has not been repaired. I have essentially been ghosted. Look I get that everybody is busy but we paid a lot of money to have this pool installed and should not have to settle for a pool with a rust stain from the rebar. I was hoping that decency would prevail but that goes out the window after they receive payment.

Omar at Triton Pools was amazing! He knocked it out of the park on my backyard and pool remodel! Omar and his team were very professional, never pushy, extremely patient, and super affordable. From start to finish Omar and his team were on top of it and were always there ensuring that the job was on track and that every detail was perfect.

Omar did way more than just remodel my pool. He handled all of the additional work around and outside of the pool such as sunken fire pits and a media wall with a fireplace and TV and outdoor kitchen, that helped make my backyard project turn out as great as it did. He also brought in the right subs or introduced me to good contractors when needed to help achieve the finished look that I wanted, like a 4k patio cover guy.

In the end I’d 100% recommend Omar and Triton Pools and I would definitely use them again!

2 years ago we purchased a home that had a newly completed Titan Pool in it. It’s great. No problems and we love the pool. The builder who we purchased from uses them for all of their pools and seems to believe they build a great pool. I agree. So far, so good.

We interviewed 4 different pool renovation companies. Some were too small, some too big, others had crazy high prices. Fifth time was a charm. Omar and Christy of Triton Pools gave us a terrific price and their team did a quality job. For the record, I’m pretty demanding. My expectation is if people say they are going to do something they actually do it. Triton Pools delivered and did so with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. Bottom line, I trust these folks, and for me that speaks volumes.

Triton Pools exceeded our expectations! They kept us apprised of the schedule for our total pool renovation. They completed plastering, removal of old fountains, texturing and painting patio, as well as electrical. Customer service was superb! Pool looks great and we are so happy. All work was on schedule and process was stress free for us.

We couldn’t be happier with our new family pool. Christy and Omar are awesome and also the crew. They communicated and walked us through the whole process. Thank you Triton pools !!

Triton Pools built our pool with spa and did all the landscaping in our backyard. We are very happy with the way everything turned out.
From start to finish, they were responsive and easy to work with. It was also great to have one company that could handle everything from the pool to the landscaping rather than having to deal with multiple contractors.
There will always be add-ons and changes and tweaks, and they were very accommodative to make sure everything was completed just as we wanted. And they are very nice people!
Would definitely recommend!

World class, start to finish. Don't go to anyone else for pool needs, even if it seems like it will be cheaper, it will end up costing you and you will wish you went with Poolscapes. My pool came out perfect and the service was excellent every step of the way.

It's been 4 years now and every morning I walk out to the backyard I'm amazed at the wonderful job they have done for me. From the beginning to the end things could not have been better. I can only say if you need a pool and don't call Poolscapes your probably making a mistake.

I cannot warn people of Las Vegas enough!!!!! DO NOT USE POOLSCAPES!!! Do not be fooled by their computer enhanced pictures that they post. They are unprofessional and so dishonest. Their employees lie and they fire the ones that tell the truth. We spent $214,000 plus some on a pool and have had nothing but problems. Our plaster is horrible looks all streaky and blotchy, our spa is not level our fire strip wasn’t done correctly I can go on and on. It took them over 2 years to complete our pool. I am not writing this review for any other reason then I do not want anyone else to go through the nightmare that we have been through. I am more than happy to share more details of what Poolscapes did to us and anyone can come to my home and see for themselves. There is way to much to explain on this but please do your research before you chose a pool company. I should have listened to my neighbors up the street who warned me not to use Poolscapes but unfortunately, I didn’t and I learned the hard way There are so many people who have had problems with Poolscapes , DO NOT USE POOLSCAPES!!!

We just had our pool completed by Poolscapes and we couldn't of picked a better company. Ken was super friendly and knowledgeable. We highly appreciated the open communication and immediate responses to questions we had. The entire crew was very friendly and did great work. We actually had vacation planned the day the plaster was poured, and Ken came by everyday to brush our pool; now that customer service.

Ken, Greg and poolScapes staff and workers were great. We’re on time and on budget. We have had the pool for two years and have had little issues that they have helped with. Would definitely use them in future if we build another pool.

Thank you Poolscapes..most especially to Tanr who designed our infinity pool/spa with a fire pit, sunken kitchen and two putting greens, four barstools inside the pool..overall is just amazing! We enjoy it everyday!! The whole crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Construction was very smooth.

From the time we sat down with Ken our designer to the completion of our pool. (this week) Poolscapes has done a AWESOME JOB. I have worked in the pool industry for 20 years and didn't have time to build my pool. Poolscapes has payed such attention to detail.
